You can pay your parking tickets on the city of Malibu state gov site which points the link to their for profit system. Many parking enforcement agencies have been caught for giving falsely claimed tickets out. The aggressive quota they must reach at the end of the month. It s also a for profit company making millions of dollars (please research this yourself). Some actually pretend to be police officers like in the city of Santa Monica. They have a back door affiliation with the DMV to make your vehicle unable to register if unpaid and they take parking payments but they tell you they have no connection to the state government. DMV is also a government branch which makes it illegal by law. They must be aware they are breaking the 8th amendment of the constitution by giving you excessive fees imposed and this fee is still increasing every year or so. Statistics say that if 40% of Americans get slapped with a $400 fine right away, it would hurt their quality of living which increases stress among families thus increase medical costs. Penalty fees are excessive and unfair if unpaid within the short amount of time they give you. This is unlawful in the supposed greatest country in the world and I urge the state government do something about this. Our time on Earth is dwindling down by an educated prediction of MIT Doctors and we don t need to live any than it harder than it already is.

The Mayor had some anger issues when we refused to let him scam us. Threw the surfboard out of our car and across the parking lot. Then proceeded to rip up the rental sheet. It is a shame how bad of a mayor your city has. I would give it 0 stars if I could

I witnessed some journalists taking some pictures at city hall, when the man standing in this picture pointed a lazer at them, as he apparently didn't want his picture taken. The FDA warns that lazers can cause real injuries, so a public employee should know better and behave like an adult. Malibu Media Communications Manager, Matt Myerhoff came out and instead of handling the situation like an adult, he unnecessarily escalated it. He accused the journalists of lying about the incident. Pictures don't lie. Someone like Matt clearly doesn't belong in a public relations capacity with the public. I would like to apologize to the journalists for his childish behavior. The public deserves better...
