Nice place but it gets packed. The hubbly could be better, much better.

The 2 stars are for how easy It is to get served at the bar. Better than a lot of places I've been to.

I get that it's a Cuban lounge and all, but at least open the doors for fresh air to come in. It gets harder to breathe as the night goes. If you want to wear heels, book a table/come early for dinner so you can sit down when needed. I wouldn't go back there

Nice spot to hang out with the locals. Drink didn't have enough alcohol. The food was adequate.

Great lounge for dancing and hanging out with friends on a Sunday night. The dj was great.

Lovely joint to hung out with friends. Good simple snack menu. There seems to be no designated smoking area. We were overwhelmed by the smoking

My third time at this chain franchise really proved that that the service depends on who you are! Enjoy hosts chasing you away from your table so their regulars can be entertained and being undermined if they aren't really familiar with you and don't really know how deep your pockets are. Whether you have the money or not you will be treated like you're being done a favour. The hostesses are very very condescending which can end up dampening the mood. They spoil it for the waitresses and waiters which were very friendly and professional all the times I've been there. On the upside the food and cocktails were great on all three occasions. Ordered a burger the first time and their rib basket was so good I ordered it a second and third time.

Pull in for a cocktail with an okka pipe, and stay for dinner

Really nice that they hire local staff, prices are alright and the location is fine. Some of the furniture may need repairing/replacing, otherwise good for drinks

Gets crowded and most likely won't find seating inside if you go too late but it's live and food is good

Staff are very ruide, i asked if there is a wifi, and he replied no impossible to get!! .. wanted to watch the match and gave me a very far seat !!! Honestly not worthing even a 1 star. Spending money there is a total loss of money and time. Being there they treat you as they are doing you a favour!!! I travel to monimum 6 countries in a month but this place is Worst place I ever been. I dont advise to go there at all. There are so many places that will respect you and will smile at least. I give them minus 3 star if possible .. worst experience ever

ad a lovely time at this place,very cosy,the prices are also not bad, depending on the day of the week you go, but overall it was great to be there.

The food here is amazing. I really like it here during the day because you truly get to enjoy the view and company. The downside is that the drinks are really highly priced and the service is not so grate the cocktails hardly have any alcohol yet you paying for it.

Amazing place... If you really want to enjoy yourself.. That's the place.. The music... the drinks you name it

Best chicken wings in Cape Town. They should not allow vaping indoors. The smoke cloud that clouds ones table is disgusting to say the least.

I would rate 5 stars for the good food and great cocktails and nice ambience but because of the poor service we had received our last visit I wont be visiting there ever again. We had booked a specific table for 4 a week in advance for 2 of us and our friends that came down from Johannesburg to visit. The night we went there, they first couldn't find our name in the book and when they eventually found it, we were told that we cannot have the table that we had booked because they were busy and had already seated other people there, even though we arrived at the time we booked for. We were then told to wait and eventually got squeezed onto a table right by the crowded bar area and told that we may only stay there for 30 minutes maximum.

The Dj plays fire sets. The food is really good. Great experience

Went there for a night out, the ambiance was fun and comfortable seatings. Good mix of music with a live dj. Lots of drink options at a decent price. Ordered double apple shisha but got mint.

I relaxed a little, tasted a refreshing pina colada but then retreated as cigarette users increased.

Always packed. Limited ventilation. Only great thing is it's likely to still be open when all other places are closed

If ure looking to get you dancing shoes on,this is a place. Great house and dance music. Only issue is it's always packed to the rafters and occasionally you have strangers wanting to join your table coz it's too full. I loved the enviroment and enjoyed the music.

A must visit, Food was great, Alcohol is cheap, their Hubli(hookah) is awesome, and ambience makes you groove.

Friendly service and the guy that helped us supports Manchester United can't remember your name but you treated us like KINGS AND QUEENS, GGMU BROTHER.

Great venue. The Bouncers/security just have terrible attitudes, they do not respect the people who go to Cubana.

The calibre of patrons have changed very much over the years... I no longer find it as appealing as what I once did, although the food is still of a good quality. I'd definitely choose Claremont over Green Point.

Perfect spot to chill during the and during the night.

Interesting local patrons, good music for dancing but you will come out with clothes and hair stinking of cigarette smoke.

very arrogant Bouncers. there is an overall sense of arrogance among all members of staff, they make you really feel that they dont care whether you come to their Cubana or not

This place is always packed. We love it when we're in CPT. It's a students place but also has enough people to drown out the youngsters.

Want a place to eat out in town, a place to dance at, a place to have good music, great ambiance. You want to drink, all sorts. This is the place to have fun at.

Great vibe in Cape Town if you want some loud music without committing to the nightclub experience. Delicious cocktails, decent food, not too pricey. Parking was a bit rough, but then it's central Cape Town.

Good food, service not great and all the crockery is chipped.
