Visited Cubana Claremont, nice chilled vibes and the drinks were flowing A weekend to remember

It laid back during the day but gets annoyingly full in the evenings.

Night life is great here. Their sticky chicken wings are delicious. They have a variety of beverages but very pricey. After 8 p.m. or so they start charging 5K per table. They mean business & it becomes very full around those times. So they want to make way for their big spenders. It becomes a flashy lifestyle as limited luxurious cars park very close to the entrance seemingly, to make a statement. If you enjoy hubbly bubbly & cuban cigars, this is your place...

Blouburg one is good with friendly staff. green point one very bad services with bad staff

The service is slow, there is limited space. One had to stand at the bar the whole time.

Waiters are taking us for granted if we don't buy bottles

One of my favourite spots. Food is priced perfectly and is top quality. Great place to have cocktails and a nice supper or a get together with a big group of friends.

Cool restaurant/Club! It s crazy busy after 10pm on weekends. Good crowd, long line outside.

Pretty good food.. the workers are very nice and they do a nice job helping the costumers, didn't manage to enjoy the night life of the space but it is a good place to go to.

We booked a table for 5 people for dinner and were given a small table 80 x 80 cm that can normally squeeze 4 people. The manager did not offer any better in, not even a small side table to place the food. He said they always do it like this. Our wine bottle had to be placed under the table.
Later the place was full of Nigerians who squeezed themselves around our table.

Really awful place, which I would not advise to anyone. Would give zero stars if possible

Cocktails where amazing. Service and food where not on the same level. The hostess seated us but we waited more than 20min for a waiter. There after cocktails are done you would wait another 10-15min for a waiter just to order new ones. When the food came we took the baskets everything tasted deep fried with the same batter and oil. Wasn't the same experience as the Table view Cubanna.. so this is only 2stars.

Need to make a place for people to park and not feel unsafe or worry about out cars

Always a sure deal late at night. Standard of food is good for the cuban style. Diverse crowd mostly local.

Waiters are not helpful if they are not serving at your table.

A typical reminder of what Gold diggers and cradle divers are. 3am and fellas still bleeding bottles, 3am and girls are still pinning for shots. FIRMLY shake my head, alas tis the environment we leave in. Cabana is great to stand around and watch people pretend to be having a good time (can't really dance, can you). The security is unnecessary, before you brand a club "upmarket" and stop people in shorts and flops, ask them their bank balance.

Not really a fan of a place where it's too crowded.

Cool place spacious, nice music but u take time to clear tables and the way u chase us out in the morning like we were not ur cutomers.

I love the menu and their prices are reasonable. But this thing of always having to rush your meals and drinks because there are imaginary bookings whilst the place is clearly not full must come to an end. My money must be as valuable to them as reach folks coz I also worked hard to earn it. It's either you tell me the place is fully booked or don't give me a ridiculous 2 hrs to complete my dinner.

DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR ON VACATION IN CAPETOWN, don t waste your time. Place was horrible! My first time In capetown & I went for dinner on Valentine s Day & got horrible service along with the food not being well Cooked. I went at night and The light bulbs outside were red so I couldn t really see my food until I turned on my phone flashlight and realized I was eating blood RED meat ...the food took so long to come I did not even want to take it back I was already displeased especially being that it was Valentine s Day. The waiter never asked me what consistency I wanted my meat cooked so I assumed it was well cooked but even the chicken was not cooked well. Waste of a Valentine s Day Dinner!

What a horrible service Cubana (in Green Point) has!! They don't know the importance of customers. Who, in their right state of mind, shouts at customers and tells them "we're not forcing you to stay"? They just don't care: the managers and staff. I will never ever set my foot there!

The service at the bar was amazing though, thanks to those gentlemen that were serving us drinks.

The place is very clean. Lots of bouncers. Be prepared to dig deeper into your pocket.

Service was good and the food was good too. The decor and furniture is tired and dated.

Waited over 2 hours to be seated, whole place was empty, ended up leaving. Bad service, not accommodation. Pretentious

Nice place to chill. Drinks are very expensive. Make sure you have loads of cash for a good night. Bar staff not that friendly either

Decent food for a decent price. The wait staff is pretty inattentive. Ordered a drink and never got it. Night time on Friday and Saturday is great though. Busy.

The food is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious.The cocktail selection is the best of its kind and come at a reasonable price as well.You have to try it out

Lovely music and food but the bouncers were absolutely disgusting! They were rude to our group of ladies that had just left for 5 minutes to go to the garage and refused to let us back in to the rest of our friends, who were seated at a table, until we allowed them to search our bags (even though there were people walking in right behind us who they did not stop to check at all). Not sure if it had anything to do with us being women only or because we are women of color but I won't be going back there anytime soon
