If there were another option, we'd take it. Sent employees out 6 times to do the same thing...pick up a cable. The sixth time they finally found it and removed it. But it took me holding the kids hand to do it. They dug a cable one day and couldn't locate it the next. Customer service is terrible and condescending. Prices are straight up theft for terrible internet speeds and phone service options are a joke. If you need any kind of service, there's a ridiculous charge. You can't move your router from the spot they plug it in at, which is just asinine. They often don't know what they're talking about and will openly argue with you. I can't comment on their television, but I've not heard good things.
If you are not in an area monopolized by this company, I urge you to explore your options.
