The absolute worst ISP I've ever used. High latency, packet loss, terribly slow upload and download speeds, and random disconnects. Anybody in the Brainerd, MN area: DO NOT USE CTC as a provider. They rip you off and give you terrible internet service in return. Charter has a far superior internet service for the same price or less per month.
