To begin with, I don't want to give this company any stars, but to post my review, I had to highlight at least one of the stars. Let me say in advance that this may be a good company when it comes to goods and services but if you end up on the other side of the door as an employee, be advised. My experience with the personnel at this company was absolutely horrible. I was assigned to work with this company via a temporary agency and on the second day I was released. I was accused of being extremely disruptive, holding my class back, being loud, and interrupting the class. Let me first start by saying the class consisted of a TOTAL of 3 people including myself. How does a person hold back a class that consist of three people. The trainer and supervisor have blatantly lied and assassinated my character. It does not bother me that I was let go because I'm a professional and I will get another job, but these two ladies have acted completely unprofessional. To accuse someone of something that is not true is not only unprofessional but evil. The work that is done for this company is very extensive and takes time so how do you justify telling someone to not to return that has been on time, worked hard, and simply asked questions when help was needed. I find it really sad to know that people who represent a company will act in this fashion but vengeance is mine said the Lord. I was hired to be a researcher in the fulfillment division and the trainer for the class is Lauren McDonald and her supervisor is Nancy Helm-Brown. Both ladies need to be exposed for their lack of discretion. If they feel like I wasn't a good fit for the company, that is easy to accept but to lie on me is unacceptable. Lauren needs to learn how to train. She may be good at her job but that doesn't mean she is a good teacher and that's the bottom line.
