Don't believe the advertised eta. Can't get a direct response from customer service. Refund/product never received.
I ordered 3 items, all displayed as in stock and 1 day delivery. They were all shipped from different locations. One arrived within 3 days (not bad), the second item took two weeks. The third item I have not received (2 months later). Every week they gave me an updated eta of "next week". When enquiring with customer service, answers were not direct. Eventually a refund/cancellation was applied to this order without my authorisation. It's been two weeks and the money is still not in my account, customer service is not answering my queries.
I don't get why you don't like it, cheap prices and why can't you wait 2-4 extra days for the delivery? There is a thing called patience!
This purchase was made on my Visa by some one else who was not me, it was fraud, the bank is looking into the purchase.
