Great company very easy to use and able to find everything needed to keep online going strong

Awful customer service, crippling downtime, and an inability to fix their product.

My business has used them for about 5 years now and whIle I know our Magic the Gathering sales would not be as good as they are today without them, I would caution anyone from using them. Their customer service is 1 out of 5 at best. Stability of the system 2 out of 5. Updates on the system are 4 out of 5. The only 5 out of 5 I can give them is taking my money each month. That they never miss.

I have had ongoing problems for months now with my system not changing inventory quantities and prices. Or even worse, it states I have products when I don't. I've called, emailed, used their Web assistance system and no one ever replies. If someone does reply though (which did happen 2 months back), they ask you to explan your problem again and then NEVER reply again.

I would change service providers if I could, but sadly they are the only fish in this pond that I've found. So they get to charge me every month and I have to use their services that my customers now have come to expect.

The people at Crystal Commerce have gone about and beyond to help me especially during these crazy times with the virus and the quarantine. I recommend them to everyone I know in the industry.

Easy to use and if i ever don't understand something the wiki and support team got my covered.

CC has gotten a lot of flack over the years, some justified, much not so. Since I've been a customer, support has been phenomenal. I can submit a question through support and have someone helping me within, usually, minutes. At no point have I felt left in the dark or abandoned as I have with other software.

I plan on staying with CC for the foreseeable future.

Crystal Commerce has been a huge help with inventory management and sales. Very easy to use, everything is mostly self-explanatory. The live chat for help is responsive as well.

I have been using the POS and inventory for two years now. Using this service has saved countless hours on making bulk inventory available to our customers and has been quite rewarding.

The previous service the business used required individual application of products to the website. This included details and conditions of products that all required obtrusive and time consuming methods to change. Crystal Commerce changed all of that and made things clearer and faster.

Crystal Commerce, while a lot to take in at first, has been a rewarding system to use when it comes to changing every aspect of how we used to run our website. With the daily check ups and updates that come from the online staff and their quick response time, everything was made easy.

Transitioning to your own website is a pretty big deal. Specifically in this industry, where everything is shifting to a digital platform. TCG Player seems to have a stronghold on the TCG world. However, i would like to personally say thank you to everyone at Crystal Commerce for making this a smooth transition. Truth be told, I'm quite a tech savy guy but when you're learning about basically importing/exporting/pricing/etc. it can be tough. Furthermore, I would like to give an even bigger shout out to Edmund! This young man goes above and beyond! Regardless of the day or time, he is there to coach me through practices and procedures! Sometimes, I forget things and have to ask him a couple different times and he will smile and re teach me as if he never did before. Truly lucky to get to work with him and hopefully you will also!

Crystal Commerce has made selling singles not only possible, but something that is now an essential part of our business.

Just has an Agent Dan help me rework website in the middle of the night. I have had issues with stability and the complexity but to be honest no other site does what they do as well. The guys will try their best to help you and it really is 100% the best option for a gaming or tcg business.

Shoutouts to Dan you dont get many places having people help you out at midnight

We've been using Crystal Commerce for a few years now and we are very happy with their product. They are always very helpful. Anytime we need help or have a question, no matter how simple or complicated they go OUT OF THEIR WAY to help. They seek and strive to evolve and improve their product constantly. There really is not anything better.

Absolutely terrible. constant stability issues, horrible customer service, live inventory that does not work, website is still unsecured. When addressed with these issues they say it will be fixed in the next few months. We lost thousands on double orders and messed up inventory. We only chose them because there wasn't any one else. Now that there is stay away from this company unless you like handing lazy and incompetent people your money.

I have use CrystalCommerce for a very long time had never had any issues with them. They are always there to help you out when you need it and quick on updating products.I definitely recommend using these guys!

This company has left small businesses like us that pay for their services high and dry more times than I can count. I am able to come here and leave this review right now because our point of sales is not working at all in the middle of the day during the holiday season. I cannot depend on it to make sales, inventory items, and during the brief moments where it does work (barely and painfully slowly) I cannot depend on it to pull accurate numbers, or process sales correctly.

No better platform to protect and grow your local game store!

Service has had a few bugs in the past but the team is always responsive and quick to help. Great customer service and the system helps us to quickly and efficiently post across multiple platforms. Thank you!
