Crystal Casino Review

I ran into Ice Cube, MC Ren, Eazy E and Dr. Dre during my visit last week. It was lit to see NWA back together.

It's an okay place. The bathroom stunk of urine the whole time even after they cleaned. Probably something to do with plumbing? Customer service was good.

Corruption, crooked tables, high cards have chips in them, also has a ring of room theft, and car thieves. Adam the security person in charge of all videos, was in process of making the coverage of our vehicle stolen from what we were assured to be a safe secure, gated under hotel parking garage which the gate just happened to be open the morning or truck was stolen in which you see James Roger's, Van, and two others that were affiliated with casino drive directly to our truck in a car that Adam marked the plates on, it took me awhile to get unmasked they wont corporate or be helpful in your favor they protected their employees that was involved in the theft of our truck and expensive tools, plus alot of personal items as we just relocated to CA and what a great welcome.
They have tours for asians they offer deals to come to US and take them on tours and someone employed at hotel goes into their rooms and takes their belongings well computers , cameras anything of value as a deputy pointed out when our truck was stolen being from out of state or out of country was their ammo because your not expected to stay around to take to court or fight about it and nothing no recourse is ever done to hotel or casino. When you get an offer from here to good to be true this is why because it's your vehicle, items in your vehicle, items un room that can or will be next. Stay as far away as you can. This place will take from you. In more ways then one.

Okay entertainment, but like any gambling establishment, the odds favor the house.

You get what you pay for. Not too fancy. Safe underground garage and clean sheets. Polite service all around. A little on the noisy side if your neighbor is loud.

The clerk gave me great customer service and answered all my questions very easily. I doubled booked and the clerk was able to refund me my money easily and the room was clean. Also it was Quiet.

Beautiful hotel and casino. Always clean and employees are nice.

Recently rented a suite. The hotel is still under renovation. One of the sinks in the suite did not work and the room was dated

Only - but this casino is awesome you don't have to tip on every hand ..

Family friendly even tho they have 21 and over rule to check in for walk ins or reservations. Very quiet and calm with casino and bingo downstairs.there noise dont interfere with the rooms at all

I guess they remodeling or what not but pretty small and empty ,we went to eat sat down and in a 20 min wait no one took our order or even tried helping us we ask 2 people for assistance one said he couldn't help us cus was a bartender so understandable and another one said sorry I'm leaving soon then another food server passed by just looked at us and continue walking

If it was not for the $100.00 per day deposit that they keep it would not be a bad place. When we questioned the front desk about getting our deposit back they even denied that they required one. When ever I stay any where else I never have to put up a deposit.

The housekeeping staff were very helpful and welcoming. They try to do above and beyond to make us at home when we reached out to them.
The front desk personnel were lacking the welcoming attitude and it just makes you feel unwelcomed. The front desk personnel has to provide the guest with all relevant information when they checked in. I was not told there is a gate code for guest to park within the fence which is necessary as the general parking around the hotel is shared with the casino goers.
The side stairs should be clean early every morning avoid the smell of urine when going to your car in the side parking area. Also please the outside security should improve since the casino and hotel are in the same building but separate businesses. As a man I was fine walking from the lower side parking to the hotel through the people standing outside the side walk area . I am sure it may be a little startling for female guests since there are mostly men standing and smoking in that area.
The location of the hotel is good and the cleanliness is also good.

Stained towels and a mildew smell near the TV area and very lumpy mattress

The penthouse is sweet. Two bedroom with living room and kitchen. It has been a few years since I have been there, but OMG nice.

Their a fraudulent hotel they hold ppl deposits and ask them to give them a good rating the customer service was very rude and the manager is a fraud rooms weren't even clean smh(BBB) will receive my report.

The staff was friendly, understanding especially the front desk receptionist named Cindy. They had free breakfast but it would have been more enjoyable with more international and American foods like WAFFLES or FRENCH TOASH. Also ORANGES or BANANAS (whole fruit would be a great addition). My tub was not the best so they offered to switch me. All in all a cool place to have a Staycation!

Plenty of parking lot of room outside and inside the vew was awesome

I spent 55 dollars and got a great deal. Its in a good part of Compton. No fridges in the room, maybe the more expensive rooms. Casino was neat. Cleanliness of room: My room was spotless but my buddy said his room was half good half bad ( they are remodeling ). Quality of service: Front desk was polite, security guards polite and helpful. Amenities: No fridge, but everything else you really need. Including flat screen. Location: Compton, very nice part. TGIF, Best Buy, right off the highway. Rates: 59 with tax, the nicer rooms were 97 I think.

This place was completely awful. Running water was down for the majority of the stay. Cops harrased me in the parking because I stayed in the car for ten minutes to call my mother about the room number. The staff that doesn't speak english is kind of rascist, they just assume I'm some teenager loitering rather then a paying customer. I utterly disappointed with my stay and I will not be back. Wouldn't recommend for young black males. I understand why its this way being that the hotel is on the edge of Compton but that's no excuse for such a bad stay. Also heard from multiple other customers while I was there that there many rooms with faulty air conditioners, which is unacceptable in the current weather and one even mentioned there were bloodstains in their room.

Amazing staying, nice hotel, a lot of parking available, great service and the room was 5 stars!

This place is not what I expected. The place looks rundown and abandoned and the rooms look and are somewhat dirty.

I walked in to a bad first impression, the lobby is in shambles, half of the walls are completely unfinished, carpet is thread bare and filthy, the smell was that of a very old place and sweaty people(very akin to a county/state fair) I did not get to a room because they were sold out at the front desk.

This is probably going to be the worst review I have ever given. When we walked in the room there was a smell we could not describe. We looked around the room, there was several old black gum stuck to the carpet in different places. The curtain and the carpet had several visible stains everywhere. When I laid on the bed a strong urine smell filled the air. The bathroom was equally unsanitary. I could not even go in the bathroom to properly get cleaned. Everything looked filthy. The sink facet was eroded so badly it no longer shined I could not imagine putting my toothbrush anywhere near that sink. The sink bowl still had visible dirt crusted on the sides. The bathtub was filthy, the toilet was repulsive. The ironing board had vomit on it. Just run very very far away from this hotel. They forced us to write a 5 star review before we got to see the room.

Cool casino. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose. Carpet is old. They should update every 5 years. And seating lounge area needs to be updated.

It's really old...it looks abandoned...and condemned. My room was dirty... the bathtub was filthy and the shower smelled like musk. My room is noisy and freezing. They are working on it...so maybe in a year it will be worth staying at. But for now avoid at all costs. The location is good...but that depends on what activities you have planned and where. It's a dump.

This place it's self keeps improving at making things for their guest the best experience. It has improved a whole lot and it's worth a shot staying or visiting.

the "casino" is not really one in my opinion..no electro machines, no roulette table either.

The casino part is coo but the hotel is trash u I can't even smoke I called down about fixin the a/c they didn't come to see wat was wrong wit it

I have never stayed I there rooms I go to play bingo. It takes your mind away from problems and the best part you could win some cash.

This is the only local casino that doesn't have an extra $ "per hand" rake which is always nice & the dealers & floor staff are very friendly & really add to the enjoyment of playing there!

The rooms are outdated not very clean wallpaper peeling from the walls

Was very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly. Location is good, with some shopping and dining options.

THE WORST PLACE EVER AND PLEASE DON'T PATRONIZE THE HOTEL SO ANTI AMERICANS. I AM BLESSED THEY DON'T WANT YOU IN THE HOTEL.

I didn't really like the air conditioner it didn't work and they never went to repair it

The rooms are fine, a bit removed but fine. The Casino ... it's a lot to call it Casino. It is a hotel very oriented to the Chinese community

Beg bugs! Best part, I got to take them home with me!
