I moved to Crunch as my accountant some years ago. I've never needed to be concerned about how my company finances are, as they are always in possibly the best hands for the size of my company. Always attentive, and very very supportive, I will always recommend Crunch to anyone; whether starting out on a new business venture, or even moving their accounts to Crunch. Coupled with the app and website, everything can be done by a simple click of a button - excellent software, backed up by the team's vast knowledge.

The Crunch team are absolutely fantastic. I started my own company a couple of years ago and have had a lot to learn! The Crunch team have been responsive, helpful and never seem to lose patience with my endless questions by email and chat! In an era where lots of companies are struggling to give good service, I ve been really impressed by the seamless experience with Crunch. They ve been right there whenever I ve needed their help.

I usually ask very silly questions but the team, and today Anna, but notably Lucy and Dan who have supported me over the years, are always very patient and understanding. Today Anna not only answered my questions very quickly but she was willing to stay on the phone while I try to record the payment on the system. It really was very simple but I didn't have any idea of what to do. The Crunch team always keep me on the straight and narrow and even though I've seen cheaper prices offered by others I've always decided to stay with Crunch because of the personal and very understanding service they offer. I would recommend them to anyone and in particular to anyone who has no idea/clue about finances as they make everything so painless.

Love this company! I m far from comfortable with handling my accounts, Crunch have been so patient by holding my hand all the way through (metaphorically speaking). Great team, really accommodating with my zero lack of book keeping experience!

Crunch Free accounting software has helped me a lot on my first steps as an Entrepreneur. They have good videos explaining how to use the software. Also, I couldn't fix something myself so I contacted Crunch and got it sorted it out in a day! Highly recommended it!

Great features. The thing I love about Crunch is that they make it so easy to understanding accounting. I didn't have a clue what to do or how to do anything and the free resources helped so much. They are very responsive and helpful when you have an issue. It does the job for me, a small start up business.

As a contractor I wanted my accounts to be as simple as possible and not distract me from paid work. I selected Crunch to help me achieve this after failing to do it using more traditional accountants. Having the Crunch software gave me the overview of my financial situation at any time and made it easy to manage. When I needed advice the support team were responsive and the accountants gave me great advice that was easy yo understand. I would highly recommend Crunch to anyone starting out or fed up with their old-school accountant.
