I usually ask very silly questions but the team, and today Anna, but notably Lucy and Dan who have supported me over the years, are always very patient and understanding. Today Anna not only answered my questions very quickly but she was willing to stay on the phone while I try to record the payment on the system. It really was very simple but I didn't have any idea of what to do. The Crunch team always keep me on the straight and narrow and even though I've seen cheaper prices offered by others I've always decided to stay with Crunch because of the personal and very understanding service they offer. I would recommend them to anyone and in particular to anyone who has no idea/clue about finances as they make everything so painless.
