Have put together a very complicated 34 night tour of Europe with Cal's expert guidance. We are impressed by three things: (1) Knowledge of choices at each location we are interested in touring; (2) creative thought and availability for making changes as we planned & (3) great technical tools - such as the website, the "vault' and the access and visibility of what we have signed up for. I can instantly view my itinerary, vouchers and details from my phone, the internet and via hardcopy (provided.)

They have given us lots of information and help including newsy e-mails, excursion information and recommendations, maps and literature regarding our destination in the mail and lots of help over the phone. They made our airfare reservations, as well as hotel and excursion reservations. They communicated with the cruise line to help accommodate special diet restrictions. I am impressed with how available they have made themselves to answer our questions and help with many details, for us individually, as well as for our group. We have a major milestone anniversary coming up this year and I promised my wife a trip to Europe. I started going through brochures and web sites and quickly got overwhelmed. That's when I called Cal Lindsay at Lindsay Travel Professionals. We knew we wanted to go to Italy and we thought a cruise was the way to go. Cal quickly helped us to understand our cruise ship options, countries / cities where they stopped, on shore excursions and airfare. Cal was able to pull it all together in a way that made sense, stayed within our budget and fit our vacation schedule. He made it possible for us to get excited about our vacation vs. dreading all the options and wondering if we made the right choice. I used Lindsay Travel to help plan a recent trip with my teenage sons. I am a single dad and just didn't have the time or experience to put together a successful vacation. I was very fortunate to find Jana Lindsay! She did and outstanding job helping with all aspects of the trip and travel plans, my expectations were exceeded and her costumer service was outstanding. Jana Lindsay is great at what she does!

Cal and Jana were sooo helpful! They helped me organize a 20 person family cruise with family all over the country. My dad had a stroke in the midst of planning and they arranged all the disability related necessities. The cruise went off without a hitch and everyone had a wonderful time thanks in large part to the Lindsay s careful planning. I highly recommend them!!

Lindsey Travel secured flight arrangements which were better and less expensive than I was able to find at various travel sites online. Cal was also very helpful and generous in making recommendations for our Italian trip, even on those portions for which he received no booking fees. Cal and Jana make travel more enjoyable. My wife and I love to travel; however, I usually hate making the arrangements. For cruises and all-inclusive resorts up until we started with Cal and Jana used COSTCO travel. They did a good job; however, every time you called them you had another representative. With Cal and Jana they know what you want and they stay on top of all your vacation needs. They continually monitor prices for your vacation and when the cruise and resort offers a reduced price they get you rebooked and save you hundreds of dollars and some cases over a $1,000.00 was saved.
