We are impressed by three things: (1) Knowledge of choices at each location we are interested in touring; (2) creative thought and availability for making changes as we planned & (3) great technical tools - such as the website, the "vault' and the access and visibility of what we have signed up for. I can instantly view my itinerary, vouchers and details from my phone, the internet and via hardcopy (provided.)
