After buying a vacation with them on a cruise ship I was pleased because the agreement was fulfilled

The unkempt landscaping outside of the office and abandoned vehicles make the place look horrible

Edit since they want to respond to my review with lies:
There are ABANDONED vehicles (a first gen RAV4, a Chevy conversion van and a K1500 Sierra) that sit in front of this business on NE 1 Terrace facing the casino across the street on Fronton. They haven't moved since my first review. They trimmed back the landscaping that was overgrown, though. My review isn't to bring down the business for the services they offer but for their facilities contributing to Dania bch Blvd looking like a sh*thole

This is a mistake, I have never done with this travel agent.

They promise you $750 spent on board and the only give you $25

You can leave disappointed if you use their website. After buying my cruise online, the company did not want to honor the prepaid gratuities. (See screenshot of the original invoice attached). I inmediately cancelled my contract with them and got my cruise package with the cruise line directly.

Very friendly people hard working and awesome deals!
