Mary Arreda and Debbie Dryer are top notch professionals. They know how to connect a candidate with the right role with a client in the right department. Hardly recommend working with them and CRS group.

I was placed in a contract role and hired on permanently after 90 days. From the start the level of communication and caring for my career wants and needs were top notch. I hope I do not need a staffing agency for the rest of my career. In the event I would I will not hesitate to contact CRS.
Spammers. I put my resume online and their recruiters spam me with jobs that don't match my resume and don't even pay half the salary range I'm looking for.
Having worked for them, there is not a negative thing that comes to mind. The leadership is very motivational and Mr/Mrs Gaines are great people.
When working for CRS Group you feel as one of the family. I am forever grateful for my time spent at CRS Group and look forward to their continued success.
After my last assignment, I was able to receive feedback for a couple of days of staying in their radar. Sadly, over time, I hardly heard a word from my recruiter or anyone else that has spoken to me from their office. I've made a few attempts for the past few months, only to receive silence from them. I honestly felt like no one cared about me once I was no longer in their radar. I even applied for a few jobs on their website, and again, was met with silence. One of my emails stated my disappointment on not keeping in touch with me; again, was met with silence.
I know you're busy with a lot of clients, but please show your clients who hasn't yet found employment that you care about them.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every time I reached out, I was answered. Everyone is polite and professional. The best part is I landed an assignment with a company I have always wanted to work for. If you are looking for a fabulous job apply with the CRS group. Im going to repay them by getting hired permanently at the company where they placed me
I was contacted on Tuesday December 1st by Briana Waswo. And was presented a recruiter opportunity with their client Allstate And I was told I was submitted to Allstate for consideration. And was also told by Briana on follow up emails that I am still under consideration with Allstate. And then I emailed her and asked if she had a update on the status of my application and she let me know that we moved forward with other have moved forward with several other candidates for interviews and consideration which means that I wasn t really sent over to Allstate for consideration. My question is why did she call me if it wasn t a real candidate for consideration. With someone that comes from the staffing industry I always follow up with my candidates and let them know if I am not going to submit a candidate.
They are terrible with communicating information with you! I was told that I was supposed to start a certain date and that I should receive an email shortly with details of the location and time, and I never received one. After emailing the HR office and my recruiter, I still didn't hear anything back. Then finally the lady in the HR office emailed me back saying that someone would be calling me. Someone called and said someone would be emailing me. They kept giving me the run around and it pissed me off. I just look for another job because that's the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. My recruiter never even addressed me by name and he never made a phone call to me. He would only contact mf through email when it was something he had to say. He never responded when I had questions. I don't recommend them period!
