CRS installed 3 windows and did some repairs around the installation. Awesome experience from the Sales team to the actual repair/installation craftsman. They were prompt, curteous and super knowledgable about the job they were doing. Having pride in your product and what it will look like when you leave is huge and CRS really cares about the products they sell, how it is going to be installed, and the finished product they will leave you with.

This is a super company to do business with. We got several estimates for replacement windows and decided that we liked the Marvin Infinity window the best. Ed Clark was a real professional and answered all of our questions before giving us a price quote. This was a large purchase for us and we appreciated that Ed was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. The windows arrived on time and the installation went according to schedule. The installers did a good job and cleaned up at the end of each day. When Ed checked back to see how we liked the windows I said we only had one complaint. He was very concerned until I told him it was a good complaint because with our new windows we can't hear the mail truck.
Needed to replace a French door, looked at Pella, Andersen, and Marvin. We chose the Marvin door sold by CRS Exteriors the local dealer. We love it! Ed, our sales consultant, was very professional and patient! Derrick and crew did a great job with the installation. We will use CRS Exteriors again for our next project!
Had to replace a very large picture window. CRS did a great job! Ed is very professional in recommending the correct model, Olen's measurements were correct, and Dave's installation was on-time and on schedule. I will use CRS again on the other replacement windows in my house.
I took a day off for the installation and they scheduled it on the wrong day. The installer lied to me and said my door wasn't in the store and now they won't return my call so my door is still not installed
Justin and Dakota did a great job on my French doors. They handled it in a professional manner even though the morning started with a hiccup in the door fitting correctly. Definitely top notch quality and I would assume these guys are well taken care of for this quality of work. Definitely will be doing more business in the future and will request the two men to do it.
CRS Exteriors was professional from start to finish. Alan (sales mgr.) was straightforward about the products and cost, knew the products, and was always available for questions. David and Scotty were excellent on the install and took the time to make the project really look professional. They were prompt each day, and took the time to explain anything I asked about (and sometimes didn't ask about) as the install progressed. This direct and open way of communication made me feel comfortable that I chose the right company and got the best install crew possible. I don't think you will be disappointed if you choose CRS for windows and/or doors.

Wow! Vinnie Burditt and his crew went well and above expectations. This time around e had 3 windows and a sliding door installed. In the process of installing a window he discovered some wood rot another company had covered up when installing our siding. Vinnie really took care of us and we feel like he is now a part of our family. I would most definitely recommend CRS and Vinnie in particular. Vinnie is very particular and detail oriented so you know the job is done right the first time.

CRS recently did half the windows in our house. The salesman was straightforward and his estimate and description of the products and installation was very accurate. The people who came to work were nice people and easy to have around. They did a good job on the installation. After they left, we did find a few places where caulk had been forgotten, but they came out a few days later and fixed the problem without complaint or difficulty. Altogether CRS was great to work with and I recommend them.
We love our new windows! Our installer, Vinny, was a perfectionist. His focus, attention to even the smallest detail, and skill were given to each and every of the 15 windows he installed for us. In that, we are well pleased!
Currently I will not go into all the details of my crisis, however, I called CRS and they were my angels. They came out almost immediately and looked over the situation. The crew member then came out on his day off to make the repair. I was amazed at their true concern for my situation and their dedication to making it right. I have been shouting their praises from the rooftops ever since. I now know who to call as I transition from one home to another. A company that TRULY does care about their customers.
Gentleman working there wasn't the problem, complaint or reason for 2 stars. Their showroom is ridiculous. They had two doors up to look at. A showroom is supposed to have samples to look at. Not impressed. Hard to choose a door at that expense without having the opportunity to physically see it.

Their production manager was able to accommodate my work schedule and arrange for my installation to be carried out on a Friday and Saturday, which is not typically done. Dave and Scotty handled the install, and I couldn't be more pleased. These two gentlemen were prompt, *very* skilled and cleaned everything up as they went along. They were happy to answer any questions I had, and made me feel that I had made the right choice with CRS. It's refreshing to see people who take pride in their craft.
We had new siding installed on our house....We built the House 24 years ago and it looks like a New House again...Glenn and Olen both came to the house and answered all our questions....Glenn spent a lot of time with us trying to decide on the colors.....The Crew that came out were the best. ..They cleaned up the yard before they left and ran a Magnet over the driveway and around the house everyday....Picked up all the scrap each day......They were very friendly and answered all our questions and did a great job...We have seen siding on other homes but CRS made ours look really great, the lines are even and the siding fits the house like it should....We have had several positive comments about how it looks....The price was fair and the work was completed on time with no delays...This is how a home improvement should be.... CRS Exteriors arrived when expected and fixed our screen in less than 30 minutes, while another company came out twice, couldn't fix it and said it needed to be replaced for $1800. CRS is now our 'go-to' for our retractable screens.
I had all new windows and sliding glass doors installed 9/2019. The salesman and office staff were very easy to work with. David and Scotty installed our windows about 6 weeks after the order was placed. They were very professional and kept everything neat and tidy. I would highly recommend CRS and David and Scotty to any one is needing windows and doors replaced. I am a Realtor, so I will be and have recommended CRS.
Very pleased with everything from getting a quote (not too pushy and didn't present unethical solutions like another company did) through installation. Really like the windows and staff were prompt, professional, and courteous.
We have hired CRS twice for replacement windows in 2 rental properties. The first installation was 5 years ago. Those windows are performing beautifully, the quality of workmanship is evident, and our tenants are very happy with the windows since their heating/cooling bills are significantly lower than in previous apartments.
Our most recently experience with CRS was 2 weeks ago with replacement windows. We didn't bother getting estimates from other companies since we were so pleased with the first installation, and I am so glad we chose CRS again. If anything, the company has grown in experience and integrity. It is refreshing and comforting to find a company who we can trust. Honesty is a trait which is hard to find, but, thankfully, you find it in CRS. You can trust CRS to do the job and own any deficiencies (should you find them) without fail and in a timely manner.
We have plans to hire CRS again in the near future to replace the windows on our home and would recommend them highly to friends and our community.

I bought two Marvin sliding glass doors from CRS to replace two old 6 foot patio doors. Everything went just fine with the purchase and installation. The doors had to be ordered, and they were exactly what I ordered, and fit without any problems. The installation took place on a day when it was in the 20s outside but the installers moved right along, and we had little trouble inside because of the cold. The old doors came out and the new doors were put in place in less than a half hour. I was pleased with the installation. Doors look and work good.
This was my second purchase of Marvin Infinity windows and both installations were done by CRS Exteriors. The first purchase was several years ago when I replaced all of the windows in the back of my home and last week I replaced 24 windows in the front of my home. The whole team was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. The installers (led by Timmy Dasey) were professional and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace your old windows! CRS also informed me about a TVA eScore program which provides a rebate from TVA after they come out and inspect the new windows!
I was most pleased with Marvin Infinity windows I purchased from CRS Exteriors. Their installation was excellent. Good work, excellent clean up, great caulk job, most polite. They were experienced, knew what they were doing.
In the spring of 2016, we got an estimate from Tim Fitchpatrick of CRS Windows. He was on time and courteous when quoting the price. Afterwards, he did not pester us again and again with calls to see if we were interested. I hate when salesmen do that!
We had windows installed in late October 2016. The installers were prompt and courteous. They did everything we asked them to do for our installation. When they were finished, they did all the cleanup.
We felt that we got a quality product at a good price. We only had the windows on the back of our house done. We plan to use them again for our windows in the front.
We couldn't be happier with the work done by Derek and his crew, Frank in Scheduling and Alan our salesman. I do most of our remodeling and am a very particular customer. Previously had a very bad experience with another company 'renewing' 7 of our windows which took almost a year to get finished. CRS was a breath of fresh air. They replaced 19 windows and two doors without stress, mess or dragging it out. They showed up when they said they woiuld, were extremely respectful of our home and needs and we are amazed, especially after our other window company experience. We had some of the Marvin Infinity windows installed in the house and vinyl windows installed in our screenporch to enclose it. This room became year round usable just from the new windows.
Things we love about the new windows/doors (not in any particular order):
10. No more painting pvc and aluminum trim 9. No mess made in our house when they did the work- was expecting sawdust and mess throughout the rooms like last company 8. Updated window appearance from outside as well as inside 7. Increased home value with the new and high quality windows 6. Security of the fiberglass frames on large windows behind couch over lower driveway- no worries about kids or dogs leaning on and falling through. 5. Sitting on couch on frozen nights and not having to have multiple blankets on to not freeze 4. Not having to put plastic over the large windows to insulate but ruin view and having dogs put holes in plastic almost immediately 3. Having windows that can open and let fresh air in 2. Having the air conditioning and furnace spend more time off than on on extreme days!!! Yay for comfort and our wallets!!! 1. Adding a few hundred square feet of living space we can comfortably use year round instead of a couple months a year.
A great big thank you to the folks at CRS Exteriors, in particular Derek and his excellent crew for making us change from dreading this to being so glad we spent the money. We can't say enough about how they handled the job with the professionalism we wished for.
CRS replaced almost 30 windows, 4 doors, all siding and gutters on our 4,325 sq ft house in summer 2018. Everyone made the process as smooth as possible (big shout-out to Alan, Frank, Dan, Justin, Olen and all of the crews who did the work!). One year after completion, and everything still looks great! A week or so ago, we noticed some super small water spots in our basement drop ceiling under one of the new doors installed. After emailing Alan, I received a prompt call from Frank to schedule a visit the following week. Olen came out to check and re-caulk the door (did the other again as well just to be safe). This is in addition to replacing two windows that cracked a month or so after installation due to faulty glass. What else can I say other than this is a fantastic company with outstanding people delivering great products and customer service! I highly recommend checking them out!

CRS replaced 4 windows today. Two years ago we had them replace 7. The Marvin Infinity windows are amazing. The company is professional, the office staff is super helpful and the installers are the BEST!!! no problems. We have 7 more windows that need to be replaced. We will definitely be using CRS.
The windows look great and outside noise has been improved over our old windows. Total turnkey install was a little overstated but with some small repairs everything is ok.
We live in Gatlinburg, TN. We first met a CRS representative at a trade show. We have had experience with Marvin Windows in several other construction projects in our area. We were building a personal home and decided that we wanted the top end Marvin windows and sliding glass doors. We were told by CRS that they are the only authorized dealer/installer of the Infinity brand. the impression that CRS gave us is that they were a large, professional installation company for windows, doors, siding, & gutters. Even though they were much more expensive than us coordinating individual vendors, we decided to have CRS install not only our windows and doors, but to handle installation of Everlast siding and our roof and gutters. We figured that since we were involved with coordination of our own subcontractors, CRS could take the headache of those activities off of our backs and handle them professionally. In addition, our son was also building a home and we suggested that he contract CRS to do the same. Well, perhaps it was a result of us building in the "sticks" in Gatlinburg or maybe the aftermath of the fires, but we couldn't have been more wrong. CRS has some employees, but it seemed that they mostly relied on subcontractors to do the jobs. They had a very difficult time providing our son and us with more than 2 workers at a time. Until we complained, the pace they were working on my son's siding installation would have taken over 8 months. Following the complaint, Olen worked out a deal with a group of Hondurans that picked up the pace incredibly. the first day there were about 7 workers and they got a lot of my son's siding caught up. We noticed that they packed up their ladders and the next day only 2 workers showed up without anyway to get up the the higher portions of the house. These sub contractors stopped showing up and there was excuse after excuse told to us. We tried to have CRS breakdown the material costs for our siding and we would coordinate installation. CRS stated that that would void our warranty on the Everlast siding. We decided to check that out with manufacturer and was told that was incorrect and as long as an installation video was followed by installers, our warranty would be fine. When it came time to install the siding on our home, CRS got the same professional crew to come out and again there was about 7 workers and they were knocking out a lot of square footage, until we noticed that they were covering up all of our electrical outlets. They had to get another crew totaling 2 and sometimes 3 guys to come out and pull down all of the siding that was installed and re-install it. These guys were employees of CRS's and complained constantly about what a pain it was to come all the way out to Gatlinburg from Knoxville. We cancelled our roof deal with CRS and the windows and doors turned out okay except we have a warranty claim CRS was supposed to remedy for over 2 months and we can't get CRS to respond. In essence there was no management or supervision at our job sites, and the lack of communication was also an issue. This was an extremely bad experience for us and we would not recommend CRS to anyone.

The only negative thing we could say is-it took 4 mos. after the estimate to get the work done----but the finished product is WOW--extremely nice materials and extreme professional install-the men were so efficient and personable, cleaned up before they left--since it was a sunroom-one of the guys washed the windows!!! We would use them again if we needed anything else done!!
