Crowne Plaza Today, Gurgaon Review

This place is really amazing in terms of location, parking, food deliciousness and top of that the event organization part in their theaters.

Very good hotel in almost heart of gurgaon food is good and service is also good price is okish

Being a 5 star property the infrastructure and the facilities are good. Ambience is also nice. Staff is very supportive and cooperative. One are where they can improve is food. Food is as per international standards but my suggestion is food should be based on the guests.. if your guests are foreigners then your food is awesome but for indian guests you should add the indian spices so that Indians also love your food. I love the place but the only disappointment was food. Please work on food (taste).

Great hotel to international standards. Well located not too far from the highway. Perfect for doing business trips to Gurgaon. Rooms could use some sound proofing though.

A nicely located property popular with corporates and tourists. I have been here for my meetings, lunches and dinners and have always liked the service and food. Gr8 people good property.

The place is big and food is good. Visiter cafe g couple of times. Waiter are good and prompt.

Love the food at Cafe G and coffee at Delicious lounge.

I have attended a conference in Crowne Plaza, conference room was spacious. The food was delicious.

Attended office party in the garden, arrangements and service was very good but food was average and tasteless.

It's a neat and it's very pleasant to stay here and the rooms especially the suite category is a very well planned out , the staff is very curious and always willing to help and the swimming pool, spa are a great experience.

Amazing hotel.. Have been to a lot of hotels but this one in particular has the best services and infrastructure!! It is good for meetings also.. They have Valet parking also which makes life even easier.

Crown plaza today gurgaon is working with the worst marketing company (ambit marketing solution) they are making small kids working under them n at last not paying them for their hard work.
They dont even respect them on work.

We all are telling every one these days about crown plaza n their marketer. N thats how we came to know the reason why they are not growing, soon we all will gonna file a complaint against you.

Attended a conference here for 5 days. Really great hotel, service is impeccable. Buffet breakfast was delicious everyday with lots of choices. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. This hotel is definitely worth a 5 star rating. A very close walk to a nearby centre with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Would love to visit again!

I Booked A function of my sister s Roka recently at Crowne Plaza,Sector-29 Gurgaon. Initially I was very nervous due to Pandemic restrictions and safety issues for the occassion. But after visiting the venue and personally inspecting the safety protocols followed by Hotel and their team, I was extremely impressed and satisfied. Their measures for Hygiene were so thorough that I was totally relieved. Every corner had sanitizers stands, every counter has shields and maintained distance between public and staff, every staff had masks, gloves and even face shields.
Another concern generated regarding the food quality, menu, service etc. but their hotel team, Chefs, Banquet incharge were so well trained that I didn t need to worry a bit. I enjoyed my function to the fullest.
A very very special to Mr. Vijay Chauhan, Mr. Alok, Mr. Prateek and their Team for their tremendous support for making our Function such huge success.
