Good downtown location, many Starbucks nearby and within walking distance from shopping streets. The rooms are quite large with comfy beds and flat HD TV. Love it!

Great location - the hotel is right off I-5. I got a nice large room with great view. Nice touch of cookies and a welcome package. Front desk and valet not too friendly. Also parking is $44/night.
I've stayed here many times. I love the hotel. Great service, and great location.
Free WiFi. Nice clean rooms. Cheap-ish rates. Professional staff. Very close to the WSCC. Would stay again 10/10.
It is in the heart of downtown seattle and you can walk everywhere.
Room was good overall but lacked lighting. Staff was good and helpful.
Was not inside, was repairing the signal at 6th and Seneca.
The Crowne Plaza is a very nice hotel with a great staff! Our room was spotless clean with a very comfortable bed. Can't address value as our stay was won at a charity auction. From personal experience, I would think a range of $150.00 - $250.00 depending on room choice would be reasonable. This excludes premier suites. I would stay here again and again. Great location, easy freeway access.
Very nice location. You got almost anything in a walking distance. The room was nice as well as the staffs.
All in all great stay although I wish they had better bedding, that blanket they had was awful.
This is the worst Hotel I'd ever stayed at. They are like those bad contractors that put their smile while trying to get your Business but once services are render (horribly) they do not want to be responsible for following through.
The aisles are dark n dingy. The 5th room where the fitness center is located is under construction and you have to go through and obstacle course. Im surprise OSHA has not come and cancel their remodel projecr. The worse was when trying to get response of why your credit card was charge when it was supposed to be taken care by your employer they do not want to take ownership of finding out why you were billed in the first place.
If you have kids I would not stay in this hotel as it is located right of the off-ramp of I-5 and is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FOR AN ADULT CROSSING A STREET LET ALONE FOR A CHILD.
Loved staying here. Checked in and did my thing, house keeping waited until after I left to clean the room, and checked out without an issue. It's walking distance from the convention center and Pike's Market. Also, I walked to the monorail to go to the Space Needle. Yes, there are a lot of hills but I personally don't mind them. I would definitely stay here again.
Good hotel with clean and comfy rooms. Staff was very friendly.
Nice hotel, but very expensive parking. Decent location.
Crowne Plaza Seattle is a hidden gem! Not only are they a beautiful, hip hotel. They have amazing event space. I host a monthly women's meeting there. We've utilized the bar as well as the Executive Board room. Absolutely wonderful! The staff is very attentive & friendly. Their Director of Catering, Fiona Ronyai, always puts together a creative, delicious menu. Beth Harwood, the Sales Manager who introduced me to the hotel, has excellent customer service, fun, & friendly. Both she & Fiona always make me & the group feel welcome!
Went for an audition. Place was very nice and staff was helpful on finding the room I was looking for.
The beds in the rooms were very comfortable even the fold out couch one
Priceline found this place for me and it was great! Had a wonderful view of the city and the space Needle from our room. Located right off the freeway in downtown so it is very assesible. Was barely a mile from the venue of the show I was going to. Only complaint is that the wonderful view from the window was fogged up after a shower from the steam and remained foggy for the duration after!
Great views and clean room. Great staff as well, very friendly and accommodating.
I'm having a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service has been very friendly, even when I arrived at 1:30 am. The room is very clean with comfortable beds. Two complimentary bottles of water in the room and a mini fridge. They even have a pillow menu, where you can order a pillow suited best to you. I ordered the full body comfort which is a 4ft by 1.5 ft plush body pillow to assist me in side sleeping. I highly recommend staying here. Only a 10 minute walk from the convention center.
Good water pressure, excellent in hotel restaurant, easy access to transit link
Nice eating location with a vibrant lush surrounding area.
Convenient location. Right off the highway. So may have some traffic from traffic going onto the highway
I always love this hotel. Staff is helpful. Rooms are excellent and amenities are amazing, like free specialty pillows by request!!! The breakfast buffet is delicious and the bar has a nice selection of wine and food. Centrally located and only 1 mile from Seattle Center and Space Needle. An easy walk. Great for business and for pleasure.
Great location in the middle of seattle? Close to shops, restaurants, and walking distance to pike place and the space needle. It's great.
A convenient place where pretty closes to the commercial area~
Good food brought to my room amazing view. Had a great day
Stayed there for a week and it was excellent. Highly recommended.
Previous guest food left in our fridge and bathtub drains very slowly. Otherwise, no complaints.
Great staff, nice rooms and centrally located to downtown attractions.
Great location right by Pike market. Very clean. Sofa bed not very comfortable though. Went for a late dinner at the lounge and the food was actually very good! Only on the 15th floor this time so not a great view.
No kettle in room, mini bar empty, bathroom bit tired. Ok hotel, beds comfy but not most inspiring place to stay
Excellent down town hotel. Within walking of the waterfront and a lot of restaurants.
Nice location and the rooms are big with nice view of the city!
Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Seattle Downtown Hotel since my training course was being held there. The rooms were very nice, clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The conference room for the training had plenty of room, good lighting and an appealing atmosphere.
The place is nice and has a good view. It's pretty spacious compared to other hotels I've been to.
Awesome food and activities nearby. The room was on the top floor and had a beautiful view over Seattle. Service was great. Will definitely be recommended.
This is our go to place when staying in downtown. Clean rooms, great staff, awesome views! The ONLY bad part about the hotel is the parking. It's valet only and it's $50+ a night which is steep for hotel guests in my opinion... but it's inline with other hotels in the downtown area so it keeps my 5 star rating.
It was very well maintained but it was cold and rainy.
This is a pretty good place to stay when in Seattle on business. It is a little out of the way from tourist attractions but very close to the highway. It has all the amenities a business traveler needs. Two negatives are long waits for elevators and noise from the highway in rooms facing I-5.
Gets hotel and comfy needs good food and excellent staff.
It has a great view of the city from the 16th floor. The room is very clean with excellent amenities. Plenty of power outlets, excellent bathroom lighting. Great water pressure. The only thing missing is a bathroom fan to reduce the fog when showering.
$50 for parking a night and $25 a night for a rollaway bed...a bit much but nice hotel.
Great service and staff. Have stayed there before and will again. Nice clean room.
Excellent room. Nice pillows. Water pressure was amazing on the showers and toilet. Location is very close to the public market. Parking was around $50, but it was better than the other locations around and it wasn't worth driving around to compare the prices. Unfortunately, it's valet and not self park.
Very nice room, great location walking distance to attractions, transportation, shopping and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful, in hotel bar and restaurant good as well. Employee Alex brought me a bag of ice to our room to ice a sore knee and waitress Shari in the mornings always friendly and cheerful.
Lovely rooms, great staff and a pretty view of downtown Seattle.
Hotel is old, but fine. Breakfast is very expensive
Great downtown location and friendly staff. Easy access to local shops and the waterfront. Also easy access to transist.
Hotel not brand new but still beautiful, with dozens of floors, super fast elevators, exquisite international breakfast, even if a bit expensive (29 dollars), discreet restaurant inside. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location
Big rooms; slow elevators. I wish they had a spa/hot tub.
I stayed there for 3 nights, I left in a drawer an old (password protected) tablet with new wireless Bluetooth earphones and some papers, and forgot to pack them before checkout, when I called after regarding those items, Crown Plaza only acknowledged the tablet, and charged me for mailing it to me. They denied seeing the rest of my stuff, although they were all in the same drawer, I found that to be a bit weird, but lesson learned...
Stayed for a Judicial Conference and was treated very well. Rooms are very clean. No pool, but they have a 24 hour workout facility.
No shower cap! Good location, but a little expensive for my taste.
Try their hamburgers from room service, they're fantastic
Love this hotel. We just stayed for the 3rd time. Upon check in the staff was very friendly and also asked what the occasion of our stay was I let them know my daughter was turning 21 and we were in town for the weekend. They suggested some cool local spots to check out and seemed very knowledgeable about the area. They gave us a complimentary upgrade 34 floor. The room was spacious and gorgeous!
the first night we got back to the hotel after dinner there was a glass of Champagne and cupcakes with a Happy Birthday Card for my daughters 21st bday! I thought that was a very sweet touch. We also ate breakfast in the buffet one morning which we very much enjoyed. The hotel is very clean, the staff is great and we will definitely be back. The location is also great pretty much walking distance to everything.
Never been in the building so five Star just cause it looks good
Cheaper then other places. Good location. Nice staff and bar
Cleaning service are pretty good, one star less just because the front desk guy is not friendly.
Nice rooms, very comfortable. Location is perfect - couple blocks from the waterfront and Pike's place. Overall, a wonderful stay. Not a single thing to complain about :)
The room was a suite. It was very large. It had a very clean classic and modern feel. Whites and Greys. Shiny. The TV was able to be connected to a computer via an HDMI cord which allowed music from sound cloud to be steamed. The audio was great. The bed was really comfortable and had a lot of pillows. The room was great.
Everything was good until the moment i checked my bank statment and I had a charge for $50 for valet parking for one night... they should tell people about this charge before knowing the total price... thats insane... !!!
Great hotel with very good location close to downtown. Most of the places are at a walkable distance. The view from the room is very beautiful. Room is very spacious and has nice amenities.
Its always nice to stay here. Friendly staff and close to Moda Center
Excellent location, clean rooms and very friendly staff.
Excellent hotel in every way.Very modern clean and comfortable rooms also good restaurant at reasonable prices.
The hotel was very nice. The staff was great. The WiFi was so poor that from 7-9 am each day, one could not even use the Internet.
Good-Spacious rooms, refrigerator, professional friendly staff, decent location. Could improve-Pillows, bed, towels, cleanliness of room, transportation
