This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful ballroom for professional conventions. The lobby is decorated with beautiful plants and flowers everywhere. I would come back for any Conference located at this location!

Beautiful place, only spent time in the Gardens and bar area but would love to come and spend a night here sometime

This is a favorite for me. When I need a staycation this is my go to. Very friendly stuff. The rooms are always clean, as is the rest of the hotel. From the time I valet until the time I go to bed I feel like I am their only guest.

Beautiful accommodations. Conveniently close to highway. Great staff and clean, well apportioned rooms.

Had quite an adventure and didn't go anywhere. Saturday morning a water main broke..no water also AC shut down. I was able to be witness to several random acts of kindness and several not so much. I give kudos to the staff, that not only endured the stifling heat, but remained in uniform to do it. 100's of bags of ice and gallons of water were handed out, an ice cream cooler arrived in the lobby..until a long row of porta-johns arrived,,housekeepers emptied the fountains to flush toilets. I will stay with these folks the next time I am in Atlanta.

I understand you guys have bed bugs,dirty toilet seats,old stained carpets and no running hot water,thats fine but dont add insult to injury kerry-ann bennett Hotel manager & Joe Deleon Security,PLEASE BECAREFUL OF THESE TWO, Women becarefull of security He WILL HARASS YOU all in the name of security THEN BAN YOU FROM THE HOTEL if you dont ''Co-operate'' they have yet to call to appogize.
He is subject to have Aggressive pressure and intimidation. He is a bully.

PLEASE DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL:
The floor is soaking wet from the failing a/c, Silverfish in the bathtub,(Please Google Silverfish). You will be too busy moving from one room to another dealing with concerns to get any rest.
It's sad because the lobby is beautiful and But it's obvious as soon as you get off the elevator no resources are provided to the rooms.

My main issue is Security joseph deleon.I demand serious investigation. He is known to harras people/ Knock on women doors at 2am all in the name of "We recieved a complaint about some noise" if you dont respond he pretends like there actual noise calls his police people who are always on stand by at the mall parking lot across the street from the hotel and ban you. I would like a prompt action into this matter. I have not filed a complaint with the city hall yet.

I feel like Crowne Plaza tried my life by putting me on the 3rd floor that smelled like sewer water. Then I walked into room 365 and there was a toilet in the middle of the room floor and animal crackers traveling from the door to the middle of the room floor, along with dirty towels in the bathroom. I immediately went to the front desk and they placed me on the 6th floor which was fine butttttttt the refrig was broke, mirror light in the main room was broke , showers were lukewarm during the day and the a/c did not circulate around the room -_-. For this hotel to be a 4 star and the chain for IHG to be well known for their hospitality ... I was disappointed in my stay . On the bright side , At least we were not placed on the 9th floor :)

Went to an event here. The place was a joke. Bathrooms in lobby and convention Center not clean with garbage overflowing. The coffee bar couldn't get orders correct or done in a timely manner and "stuff" was floating in my coffee! Probably stuff from uncleaned pots. I'm going to hope our venue next year changes.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are clean and spacious.

The people were great! Rooms need updating, but I wasn't in Atlanta to be in my room. The people made this stay successful.

We didn't stay at the Crowne Plaza overnight but rather attended an event in the ballroom. The ballroom was gorgeous and the lobby had a beautiful atrium. The hotel was in a convenient location as well.

Clean room, spacious, comfortable bed, nice shower with good water pressure. The customer service here was great. The restaurant was pricy, but tasty, and the scenery was great with fountains and plants in the lobby. However, they're about to begin renovations, so no idea what's staying. I guess I'll find out next year. I'd stay here again if I was in the area.

Good location. Hotel staff are friendly and wiling to assist. WiFi is a little sketch, all the more a problem since cell strength is deplorable around the hotel. But overall, would recommend for business or pleasure.

The rooms are clean. Friendly and multiple staff to check in. The garden at the back is what i fell in love with, its big enough to jog and have a peaceful time

We do wedding photography and the Crowne Plaza is always an amazing event space, parking is very easy and attached to the building. The staff is always very helpful. One of our favorite places in Atlanta to cover a wedding!

Beautiful hotel, food is great, rooms are nice and clean. Disappointed that up to this point in my stay I still don't get hot water in the morning. Disappointed that there isn't at least a microwave in the room. Even every room in a Super 8 has a microwave. Disappointed there is no way to get ice but to call downstairs. That's a huge inconvenience. The wifi is terrible. Even worse than the wifi being bad is you are charged 10$ for an upgrade. Regretting not staying at a different hotel for such a long business trip. Really not satisfied with how things went.

Always enjoy this hotel. They use to have a breakfast brunch that was awesome. I'm not sure if they still have it. Their menu needs to be changed up a bit. I didn't really care for the menu but the hotel and venue is great and outside seating.

Good food, but freezing, to the point of not being able to enjoy it.

The hotel charges for parking 14 dls a day. No other hote in the areal charges for parking. Bad business crowne plaza no need to do that just to make an extra buck.

I think it's seen better days. Some of my co-workers said they had very nice rooms, while others complained of ants, holes in carpet, a broken commode, etc. The elevators were so slow, I think they must have been malfunctioning. I took the stairs rather than wait. Finally, I was quite put off by the $20 breakfast buffet--all I had was milk, yogurt and some slices of pineapple!

Great visuals in this hotel with an amazing garden with a stream to stroll. Large and comforting meeting or work areas. Staff is friendly and engaged.

Nice staff. Nearly deducted a star because there are no ice machines on each floor. Have to call room service for ice. But really like the rest of the hotel. The lobby is beautiful. Plan to return.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, very poor service. Room was never serviced on daily basis. Had to complain on return to hotel which happened after 4 PM daily. Very poor management. Multiple guests with similar complaints. Head scratching

I loved the architecture, staff was very helpful and so good I just had to tip them, s energy was beautiful. Like I am talk about a little forest area in gr ur hotel! And on top of that there's chairs si people can talk and enjoy the view! Great place recommend everyone go there and spend your night here. PLEASE!

Hotel is nice and staff is very accommodating, room left something to be desired. Paint peeling in the shower, room had ants, spots in the hallway showing water damage, and the deadbolt on the door doesn't work.

The room was clean and presentable, however; the bathroom tub was clogged up. Found multiple spiders and the AC was not ajustable therefore the room was hot over night.

This hotel was everything and more!!! It was comfortable, clean and the staff were great. The breakfast was amazing and the bar drinks were reasonably priced! I would stay here again!!! Comfortable bed also!!

The room s here are very nice for the amount charged in this area. The meeting rooms were more than adequate for our needs. The food in the restaurants were a notch above comparable locations.

Loved it. The staff is very nice, professional and accommodating. The beds are wonderful. The beer garden... peaceful relaxing needs an out door bar

Dane or Dani who's the manager at this specific Crowne Plaza was very rude and not understanding. Was coming in on a business trip and had already checked in but was not given a breakfast voucher.

She was very rude and stated that I was not suppose to get one. Had stayed at this specific hotel several times where the staff were very helpful, but Dani had made this the most unpleasant experience. Advice: When a client/customer stays there frequently and is a loyal honors member when you pull up their account on your system, instead of being cheap and not give them 1 voucher for breakfast. Give them a voucher and not be cheapo.

Everything is great with one exception there are no microwave ovens in the room.

Wonderful stay. Its very clean and nice. You can take a very relaxing walk through the garden in the back. The only issue i had was that the suite didn't come with a microwave. However, I called guest services and the sent one up right away. We will be back here often.

Pathetic hotel reception staff. Rude, immature, unprofessional people at work. Please avoid this hotel if you have an option. Definitely Crowne plaza is not something what you expect from an IHG hotel.

The staff was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. The lobby was fantastic and relaxing with many places to sit and relax. The rooms were clean and met expectations and a little more. The shuttle was also very convenient.

Staff was friendly. Check in was smooth, room was clean. Would get 5 stars, but there was a $15 parking fee that was not stated when I was booking the room. It was already pretty pricey, I think parking should have been included.

The Crown Plaza at Ravinia is a fantastic hotel. I am a disabled veteran and even though they have a no pet policy, they allowed my service dog. We weren't bothered at all by any of the staff members and we were greeted each coming and going.

I enjoyed my room. I was happy that housekeeping came!! Last hotel I stayed at they did not clean daily as I believe they should. I liked the lobby very nice. One of the parking elevators was broken. I don't like paying for parking only valet but oh well. The bathrooms need to be updated...the bathtub area. That did look a little old. Very close to shopping and food which was great. Would def come back!!

Beautiful main lobby and bar area. Rooms are getting slightly outdated but are well.kept, comfortable and clean.

Beatiful lobby, The back gardens were spectacular, be prepared to wait a long time to get room, it was very obvious they were not prepared for the amount of people coming in that day

Not bad. The decor is a little dated. The hotel is not far from the highway exit. You can self park in the garage under the property.

Stayed two nights for business. Gorgeous hotel and fantastic service! The room was also a fantastic size and had perfect amenities.

Minimal insight regarding the use of masks and social distancing during this pandemic.
There are signs all over the place mentioning the requirement to wear a mask and nobody bothers to do it right or actually do it at all. Both Employees and guests.
It's the first time in several weeks that people actually stare at me for wearing a mask.
None of the hand sanitizing stations at the lobby and elevator worked.

Getting in and out should be contact free and with social distancing measures being respected. There's no point in having floor markers and droplet guards if people actually try to get close to you.
Not reassuring at all.

They are ranked 3rd among tge 3 Crowns Plazas in Atlanta. It's nice, but the rooms are not up to standard and tge internet is slow/unreliable.

Under renovation, you'll be surprised at the results

My wife and I visited this hotel on 4/28 - 4/30. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the following:

Our room would never drop below 74 degrees ; informed the front desk twice with no resolution
Elevators were slow ; call lights were missing / mismatched
Bed was not comfortable ; one of the worst bed experiences of any hotel ; pillows felt stuffed full of paper, was not adjustable
Shower did not appear fully cleaned ; shampoo and conditioner bottles were nearly empty ; shower made constant loud noise when heat was engaged ; extremely low water pressure
Breakfast Bar was overpriced for what was available / quality of items
Gym had outdated / extremely worn equipment ; several dumb bells were missing / not pair consistency
Pool consistency of Chlorine / water was incorrect. Whole pool area was hard to even breathe in the air ; no hot tub / Jacuzzi
Bar area closed at 11PM / no music ; poor environment / atmosphere
Paint on certain walls looked dated / carpet was replaced in certain areas
Upon check out and arrival at home, I informed management of these issues and the response was, "it would be looked into" - felt like they were just trying to get me off the phone.

On the positive side, the shuttle service was outstanding. They rushed to you upon exit of building and promptly took you to the requested location.

Conclusion: I do not feel that this is a 4 start hotel. I would propose 2 or 3 star rating.

I like the new look after the remodel. I was here for a conference and was able to see the welcome changes.

The Staff is superb and the hotel is nice and clean. We ordered food after 11 pm and it was still delicious. The water temperature and shower head is a plus!

J & C finally went together! Had a WONDERFUL time!! Awesome hotel & we got a fabulous rate!!!

I had to change my room because air conditioner was malfunctioning.

They have a coffee bar in the lobby. This is one of the best perks. But get there early. The lobby is visually appealing. This is my favorite place to stay

Update: the hotel had a complete makeover. They have removed and changed the whole appeal of the hotel. I gotta find another place.

This hotel definitely doesn t deserve a bad review, but I want to point out the things i wish I had known before I booked our stay. We were traveling with our 3 kids. I wouldn t recommend this hotel for families. The main reason I booked here, was the indoor pool and it was pretty gross. The pool is made of some kind of weird vinyl and there s mold all along the edges. The restaurant that s open for breakfast is extremely overpriced and they don t have a kids menu and didn t bring the ($5 OJ s) in cups with lids or straws. After the 2nd spill in the first 10 mins, we ended up just asking for our check. $21 plus a $5 tip (not the servers fault it was a bad fit and she had to clean up juice lol) for 3 OJ s and 2 coffees (yikes!) I was also annoyed when i went to take a shower and the shower knob just fell right off. It didn t even fall when it was being turned...I had it running to get hot while I went to grab my clothes and heard it bang onto the shower floor with no one even in there. The hotel is pretty and they ve remodeled recently. I actually loved the style they have it decorated in. Great location with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Stay here for business or without your kiddos and don t waste your money on the restaurant in house and you ll be good to go!
