Great location, parking is not always easy to be robbery bar prices ...

Good hotel located in a strategic context with easy access to motorways, airport and metro to Milan.

Classic business Hotel, a little far away for downtown tasks.

I was in this hotel for a training course. A really good hotel that managed the 1500 people at the event. I highly recommend organizing such events. Very convenient to reach by means of transport

The location is a bit remote, but as a quality it is excellent, price also very cheap even if I found an offer .. A little exaggerated ip breakfast price which was not included, 12 is a bit exaggerated .. But for the rest all good

Although close to Linate, with a free shuttle service, it is certainly not up to a 4-star, really rough cleaning and unprofessional staff.

Excellent structure, good reception for meetings, well attended. I have been attending it for several years now, as a manager from Avis, and I have always found a great availability of both the reception and catering staff. The comfortable and always clean rooms, the comfortable beds. If I really should find a flaw, but it is due to the fact that the frequency is high, the variety of food is repetitive but still exceptional especially for those who love to abound. The desserts, for the sweet tooth, simply superb.
To close and paraphrase an old advertisement: where Crowne Plaza is, there is home.

Very large hotel, elegant and comfortable, the only flaw is that it is far from the center and the shops and clubs of the neighborhood.

I appreciated the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness. Eating buffet with little choice and even cold. It's good for business meetings but I don't recommend it for families. Although there is a shuttle that connects it to the MM3 metro and very far from the center.

I went to the crown plaza for brunch, it is not the first time, my opinion is more than positive ... excellent organization, cleanliness .. order and of course there is a good variety of dishes with appetizers, first courses, second courses, fruit , desserts, pizzas, crepes, focacce etc. I recommend it and I will be back

It was supposed to be a simple 3-day conference job instead of just me having simply eaten sandwiches made by them but who ate at the restaurant was terrible and for 2 days I'm not a fairy tale and food poisoning in a hotel of that scale so many people be there just repeat not exist at all, and if once it is successful it is possible that can still happen and something out of the ordinary but where we are in the third world CAREFUL wHAT yOU EAT THEM

Beautifully furnished and beautiful rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, the restaurant offers a great breakfast. The only flaw that I noticed is the soundproofing of the rooms which leaves a lot to be desired

located near the square where the antiques market takes place on the fourth Sunday of the month. of the hotel I do not know, I have never been but google insists that I have been here, on the other hand I always go to the market, you also go there to look for some nice piece of antique or an ancient book, instead of hanging every Sunday as some people fail in some mall to throw money on useless nonsense.

The hotel is nice and clean .. the employees are friendly warm .. the location is nice 15min walk to the metro station but there are free buses to the duomo occur quite close to the metro with a hotel that will see your work in the 7-8 stop distance

I would never give to this old hotel 4 stars... Rooms are small, stinky, old, outdated. No real regulation of temperature. During night in winter I had more than 20 Deg. C... so nights were a nightmare for me. Breakfast 20 Euros... and not really good. Low quality food. All in this hotel is old. 3 stars is max... But who cares... They just want to make money. There are better hotels close by... this was my last stay in this one. Never again...

Narrow rooms with no possibility of opening the windows ... claustrophobic. Carpet on the ground that is a receptacle of dirt, stained armchairs, cushions with a bad smell. The decor is 2-star. Prices from loan sharks (breakfast not included in the price for 20 per person; a bottle of 1/2 l of water 6).

Ideal place for business meetings and reunions, excellent location for easy reaching from airports and shuttle from the yellow San Donato metro even if not always available promptly.
Rooms clean and equipped with everything you need, not very modern, but cozy. Comfortable beds.
Available small fitness area, a bit 'narrow, and sauna.
Rooms for conventions and excellent meetings.
The restaurant offers breakfast and good quality meals, especially breakfast. The administration, however, the main meals could be done some quality improvement and choice.
Courteous and helpful staff.
Overall definitely recommended, especially for business trips or similar and transit stays in Milan.

Beautiful Hotel with organized and quality services!

This hotel employs idiots and liars and makes you pay through the nose for the experience.

The room's air conditioner cannot seem to be turned off, even after a call to reception. You just have to set it to whatever temperature you think is best - in an analog dial with no numbers for temperatures.

The bathroom is entirely too small because half of it is taken up by a huge porcelain bidet (or a sink for children, it's not entirely clear how to use it). The water pressure in the showerhead is mediocre to poor. The doors to the bathrooms (in all the hotel rooms) don't actually lock. They don't even close very well, there's a small gap remaining between the doorframe and door.

The food has no variety and tastes terrible. There are no vegetables or fruit available, only cheeses and meats (well, there are some semi-rotten apples available, and canned peaches and pineapple). The main course is (always) scrambled eggs so raw they might hatch if you sit on them, and pork sausages that just taste inexplicably bad.

There are 5 or 6 elevators, I'm not sure exactly because half of them are always out of order and they're very, VERY slow. There's also a silly 5-person limit which caused congestion in the lobby as more people arrived waiting for the elevators than the amount of people who actually got into them.

There's no free WiFi, which is already bad, but what makes it terrible is that even if you pay for it (and it's not cheap) - the connection is jittery and slow. As a bonus, they had a "special offer" for 72 hours of WiFi for the price of 1.5 days. The man at the reception repeatedly and thoroughly explained to me that this means 72 hours of actual usage and can last a week or a month if I log out every time and conserve my hours well.

However, after 72 hours (out of which only 12 were actually used, as their statistics page showed) the account expired and the kind lady at the reception denied knowledge of who that other guy was or what he explained to me and said that's how the special 3-day offer I purchased works - not actual usage, just flat 72 hours. No refund, no more internet (unless I pay for more, of course).

The hotel itself is located inconveniently in a place that forces you to either walk 15 minutes to the nearest metro station or walk 5 minutes to take a bus to it.

The beds and room service were excellent. Other than the WiFi scam, the people at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

For this price, you should definitely go somewhere else. :)

Excellent structure for conventions and conferences. Parking problematic. Good accessibility by public transport (M3). Reachability by car not immediate and with poor signage.

New hotel, cozy and clean room, very friendly and efficient concierge, convenient location to the A1 motorway, and not far from the Metro. Linate airport 10 minutes away.

Lovely stay & good spread of breakfast. A pity with just 1 night stay. Will definitely consider this hotel again. The lobby area is big & welcoming.

In truth I have never slept but I have seen the various types of rooms all well furnished spacious and above all bright. The girls who run the convention center are very good. Punctual Quality and Services. excellent catering service and competitive prices.
