One of the best in electronic city but staff is not so good as per my experience

Surprisingly large hotel with excellent facilities.

Really great experience so far. No problems. Washing comes back same day...very nice.

Previously known as crowne plaza now it is the Oterra

Had been to the restaurant 23@43 for dinner. Very nice and quite ambience. Neat and clean. Pretty huge restaurant. The staff was also very courteous. Not a lot of variety in food menu but whatever we had the taste was really good.

Had said the DJ would be there but was closed, on a Saturday night. The dessert they served was of extremely poor quality

Good & big hotel. Slightly off the main city but close to all IT giants in Electronic city & Bommasandra or Hosur industrial areas. Of course airport is too far, takes for ever to get there. Rooms are nice. Buffet menu is exhaustive both in breakfast & dinner. There ia also a Italian restaurant but I didn't particularly like it.

Very very beautiful place to spend more time and too relax . In spa , pool side as well to work out in beautiful gym.

Food and arrangements were awesome, but you no shelter for two wheelers

I rarely give 5 stars to a restaurant or a hotel, but this is a truly amazing restaurant. Not only are the staff very polite and food great, so is the ambience. There is no open air seating though. I would recommend their Prawns Red Sauce curry and fried spinach.

It is really a very good 5star hotel having all luxerious facility.

Very friendly staff, this hotel has it all, points of attention : temperature of the swimming pool, price of wine in the restaurants, overall : positive experience

Pro: Hotel with all facilities you'd expect from 5 stars, e.g. meeting & conference rooms, multiple restaurants, big breakfast buffet, pool, fitness,... Staff is always friendly and mostly also able. Rooms are big and have all equipment you'd expect (from hair-drier to muli-format power sockets). Western style with a little Indian influence, e.g. at the breakfast buffet.

Con: Value for the price is at the lower end. In Europe, that hotel would be considerd to have the prices & 5 stars only out of "tradition" as everything feels a little aged / worn out, e.g. tapestry is in several spots coming off the wall, mirrors have corners broken off, well noticeable stains on lamps/windows/mirrors/..., light control crashes every now and then so lights stay on/off at will until rebooted by removing room door card from main power switch, room safe behaves like a diva (sometimes working as expected sometimes you've to try dozens of times), only 7 free clothes hanger in a double room, mini bar fridge is not cooling in noticeable amount, a/c has a very limited temperature range,... All services are extremely pricy for India and many are even more expensive than in several spots in Europe - e.g. WiFi for a day 1260Rs and still not working 1-2 times a day, a simple dinner with one beer/wine around 1200Rs without any special decoration, atmosphere, view or the like.

Ultimate five star experience for 4 star rates. New year party lasvegas 2018 is super rocking.keep it up. Next time plz improve selecting nice Dj.. Food is excellent.

Very nice hotel, the personel is well trained, they are ready to support you at any time. Also they have a very good and safe transport service (taxi). It has a gym where you can find everything you need, it has an outsoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor restaurant & bar, also a SPA. Impossible to complain...

Goos ambience and great service quality. Now it's no more Crowne Plaza as its name is now changed to The Oterra, Electronic City.

I was there for one conference. Best hotel for conferences also. Food was reallly good.

Obviously it's the awesome hotel in e city. The rooms are equipped with best technology. And ambience.

Actually it has been recently changed his name from Crowne plaza to OTERRA, so team recorrect the name of the hotel, Hope this is helpful to all folks

It's no more Crowne plaza, it's called "The Oterra". It's not the international chain anymore but an Indian chain. The management and staff are the same though.

The hospitality, service , food was good. They have an all time cafe where they serve buffet as well as alacarte.They also have an all Italian restaurant called "The Allora", a rooftop resto bar. It's located in Electronic city phase.

Overall had a good experience!

Nice place, expensive. Friendly staff. Some quirky items that make you go hmmmmm
