We used Crown for our relocation from Dubai to UK. Very good service at both ends; Lolita Mathias in Dubai and Carol Perkins in the UK. All went very smoothly. The goods were well packed in Dubai and, on delivery, all the boxes were opened in our sight and all was good. All the boxes and paper were removed by the delivery guys. It was a very smooth process and we would highly recommend Crown Relocations to anyone moving their goods from Dubai.

I chose Crown because of the professionalism of the Rep who came to see me. Whilst they were not the cheapest I decided to use them because of being Crown here and Crown in my home country. contacted them for a move to USA, my friend recommended them said they were good. turns out they are very unprofessional! sales personnel (shimmy and julie) start off the conversation saying we are not as cheap as the other movers because we have our own agents in the USA. either way i asked her to send me a quotation, nothing happened, i called them again asking for a quotation, they send me an email declining to send me a quote.

Packaging was great. Delivery was on time . Furnitures were reassembled very well. Great team effort.

We are using crown to relocate from Dubai to Munich. Villa was packed on time in three days as estimated. Volume estimate was correct and the parking very professional and smooth. So far: very good choice.

The most efficient and organised relocation company that I dealt with amongst 3 others that I was in communication with. From the initial contact to the packing of the items, I never felt stressed or concerned about anything.

We used Crown to move our belongings from the UK to Abu Dhabi. Communication through the process of arrival was excellent as well as their willingness to go the extra-mile to deliver an excellent service. The service provided to date by the Abu Dhabi office cannot be faulted.

I highly recommend anyone NOT to use Crown Relocation. I was referred to them by a reputable framer. They damaged the frame to an art piece and instead of informing me took it back to the framer to have reframed. They made an improper attempt to inform me as the client and tried to pin it on the framer. Do NOT use them - they are not truthful!

We used Crown Relocations UAE for our repatriation back to Australia in June this year (2020). I have nothing but rave reviews, from the first enquiry contact, to assessment & quote, dealings with our assigned Move Manager, right through to the removalist team. All dealings were professional, honest and reliable. Crown wasn t the cheapest quote we received, but we had used them for our move from Australia and were very happy. Crown Relocation was recommended by my employer to use for relocation from Bahrain to UAE, the office team (Jessie) was very efficient in communication and sending out required information and paperwork associated with the move. The team that did the actual packing in Bahrain was amazing, super professional and very fast (they packed more than 300 boxes and loaded 2 containers). The team in UAE that was delivering to the house and did the unpacking wasn't as great as their counterpart in Bahrain. They arrived late, worked slower pace and weren't very keen on leaving somehow clean and un messy rooms behind them. The rugs were kept packed and I had to unpack them on my own later on, move furniture around to place them. There were few damages to some of the furniture but I suppose that's normal in such a bid move. A claim for the insurance coverage is being processed. Overall, the office staff were great in their support when needed.

Excellent service from start to finish, we used Crown to move out to Dubai 5 years ago, and now to move out of Dubai to the US. 4 days to pack and fill the container for shipping, professional and polite throughout

(Dubai to Guangzhou China) Right from my initial enquiry online, Crown Relo showed excellent customer service, and offered a very competitive rate. Through this uncertain time, my advisor, Mr Rehan was always available for a call or email to discuss changes in my plans, storage options, insurance options and what I can and cannot pack. I have shipped my household internationally 3 times now and so far Crown has been the best. Their two friendly and fast packers came yesterday and did a great job, even tidying after themselves! As they were loading my boxes, I discovered I forgot one item! Despite being done, they packed it and added it for me! Whew! I highly recommend Crown and I hope their China counterparts are just as lovely to work with.

I used Crown Relocation in 2003 and since then I did 16 moving and up t today she is the best service I had. Unfortunately the moving were organized by my employer therefore based on economical agreements In Kuala Lumpur Crown relocation had competitive prices therefore it became immediately the favorite. . The team packed and loaded a 40' High cube in 3 days, as promised and they worked hard and were very accommodating to our requests for what to pack first etc. I will receive my goods in a couple of months and will then see how well the packing was done... if all arrives ok it will be a 5 star review

I have used Crown Relocations international moving services thrice in the past 12 months+, covering each time distances wider than 6000 kilometers. For someone having to move "regularly" I can't think of a better service: Cleo has been personally following me every step of the way and I have always found her and the Crown Relocations team proactive and responsive. They make sure every step of the relocation process is understood, and provide detailed update, advice and reminders when needed. I don't know if I will continue with my current relocation pace, but I do know I can count on Cleo and Crown Relocations to make the process as efficient and pleasant as it can be.

We moved from Zurich to Dubai and used Crown services. They were very professional in all the fronts (both the places). The crew was good, managed packing and unpacking quite well. All the communication, backend work was clearly communicated as well. Overall, satisfied with their service.

While moving from Bangkok to Sharjah, the Bangkok packing staff was good, but it seems they intentionally added the wrapping to increase the volume of packing - we had to increase from a 20' container to a 40' container due to the same!! Further, due to wrong declaration, one package lost in transit - which was actually a valuable package - we could not claim insurance as it was mis-labled to be Cushions!!! Definitely not to be considered again.

We decided to use Crown for our move back to the UK. They were brilliant from start to finish. After the initial visit, we received a quote within 24hrs, and, once accepted, were handed over to the Moving Manager. From here we received help and guidance about what we needed to do for the paperwork (for HMRC) and how to prepare for moving day.
On the day of the move they van and men arrived exactly on time. They knew what they were doing and got on with the job. Within a few hours the house looked bare and our things were all being loaded onto the van. Crown informed us they will be updating us throughout the transit of of shipping. Excellent service.

We again had our house packed by Crown and again they met all our expectations. But specially this time, during Covid-19, all was so well organized and done, both by the office manager, communicating with us every day, as well as the people in the house. Sticking to all safety regulations. Excellent job and I have no doubt we will be in good hands at the final overseas destination.

Really attentive and frequent communication - would use again

I had a good experience with Crown for shipping my goods to India. Initially there was an issue with regards to the delivery date but they ensured that everything was done on time. The packing team were experts in what they did and was a pleasure to deal with. Their team in Cochin was also extremely helpful and overall I had a good experience with them.

We recently used Crown relocation to relocate from the UAE to Oman, and we where very happy with the service.

We did have offers slightly cheaper, but from the initial contact with the sales team, their location visit - we quickly gained a lot of confidence due to their professionalism and there was no doubt that they where the right company for us.

And they really proved themselves - we where very happy with the service, the ease of communication and the swift and well organized move.

Sanaa Rejeb did a really detailed survey of our belongings, much more thoroughly than the other movers that we asked to quote. Our Move Manager Rehan Qureshi has been superb throughout the process of packing, customs clearing and getting the container on to the ship. The packing was supposed to be done over two days but due to the imposition of a lockdown in Dubai for Covid-19, he managed to increase the number of packers (from 3 to 8). I would also like to thank our packing supervisor Nole Arador who managed the impossible to pack everything in under 8 hours.
