Really nice casino. Has a lot of restaurants inside plus cinema and shops. Staff are nice and accommodating. Toilets can be hard to find our to far apart. Location is good found in the city near the riverside although parking can be expensive especially if staying for long. Just use public transport to save some money for the casino.
It's amazing place. But you should go there with ample time in your hands. It has a food court too.

It's a large Vegas-style casino with shopping and restaurants a nice location along the river in the city center a nice place to hang out or do a little gambling if you're a blackjack player the minimum bet is fairly steep and $100 but the rest of the tables were more in line with Vegas

The place looks amazing, but the review is for the food court only. It's pricey and for the amount you pay, the food isn't that great. Overall, the food court is subpar.
Kitchen workshop is good value for money. Good service. Soft drinks are free but coffee is extra.
Stayed Sunday night in Crown Metropol.Level 25. Great views. Pool on level 27 is great. Lots of Lounge seats up there and 38 degree pool too. So many food and activities all in one place. River bank restaurants are all along the bank. The famous fire display did not go and no announcements why. But probably due to state fire ban. Check with reception before waiting for it every hour.
Is really nice, with a quite decent view of the city along with yarra river and also the Port Melbourne beach from the top floors..

The crown kitchen offers buffet in just $23 per person in weekdays. It has good vegetarian options as well. Being vegetarian, I did not feel short of eating options. There were plenty of options right from stratrers, main course and dessert.
Taste was good for most of the items I had. But there desserts win the whole buffet. At least 5-6 options and had all of them. Just fantastic desserts. All in all, value for money, and hygienic and tasty food.

My brother and I were in Melbourne for a few days and he decide he wanted to see the Crown Casino. It s not a bad place. Cocktails are good. Had dinner in Margo s Cafe which was nice.
This place is huge were ever l looked there are poker machine and entertainment bars as very clean lovely staff so prices are fairley high and make sure you take time to walk around but l enjoyed cheers from sirslackcat down under

Its not just a casino but great entertainments complex, shopping, restaurants, cafe, cinema, pubs, live shows, night club, kids game zone, hotel, fashion (Gucci, Armani Exchange, Diesel, Cotton On, etc) of course gaming rooms, just like 1 stop shops all under 1 roof. And its more crowded on Friday night right through to the weekends & public holidays. Crowds of all ages, (85 to 90% are youngest crowds).
One of the best hotels in my opinion. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world, but this one stands out as one of the best. The quality, space and service is all above standard and makes me confident to recommend to anyone and everyone.
I've been to Restaurant named Conservatory at Crown. It was a great experience for enjoying different continental food under one roof. Their specialty in Asian food was great and staff was too friendly. Me and my family enjoy a lot and we will definitely go back to Crown.

Went there during Christmas season. Decoration was amazing so were the Christmas carols. We really loved it. But the food was pretty average.

Always a great stay at the towers. This time it was early January so the crown decorations were still up downstairs. The hotel itself is always clean as a whistle and staff very professional and friendly. Our room on the 17th floor overlooked the CBD and river, great view to read by the giant windows. Breakfast room is very large and the buffet spread is deliciously cooked and presented. The whole endeavor smarts of professionalism and if you're staying here, you always have a swathe if options around the casino proper. Very recommend.

Tired and boring shopping centre style casino with cafeteria style eating areas and empty glitz shopping. Hard to navigate. This was an expensive casino to build and that still shows. Some first rate restaurants. Easy to forget.

Visited the Conservatory at Crown for lunch as a guest at a wedding. The food and service was excellent. My only complaint was the English Breakfast tea arrived to us lukewarm as well as our short black coffee's. But the staff brought us replacements which was great.

I couldn't get her name because she decided to single out my partner and took her away from me in order to pick on someone, best description was a short woman with long hair and a black wrist support. Basically told my partner that she did not belong at the crown. Even though right next to the DJ was the equivalent of a green walrus wrapped in cling film spilling drinks on everyone my partner was told to leave. Out of a party of 6. Thank you very much crown. Your a casino in the middle of vegans and hipsters, but method heads on your slot machines are allowed. I've been to many places in London, Venice, Milan just to name a few and your standards are very weak.
