Worst medical practice I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. If you arrive an hour late, you might still wait another hour to even be seen. STEER CLEAR!

I have always had a nice experience here. The front desk is helpful and Easy to reach. Also I never have to wait long for an apt.

Rating does not even deserve one star. The customer service at this medical practice can only be rated as poor. My husband has been trying to get documentation for the insurance company for some testing that was denied and no one has been helpful. We have made requests through the portal which are supposed to be responded to in 24 hours. No response. We have left messages with the doctor, the doctor's nurse, the office manage, the front desk, no response. The solution should be a relatively minor request, but no one has shown any interest in addressing the issue. The office staff is rude and lack any sort of empathy or respect.

I ve been going to Crossroads Medical since I was a young adult and have never been so angry and upset with them as I am now. I called back in early February to schedule a pre operative physical for April. I was called 3 days before my appointment to cancel and reschedule, whatever fine. We reschedule for a week and a day out from my surgery date...pre ops have to be in 1 week prior to surgery date. So CROSSROADS VOICE MESSAGE CALLS ME (NOT EVEN A PERSON) 2 nights before to CANCEL MY PRE OPP PHYSICAL AGAIN WHEN IT IS ALMOST 1 WEEK OUT. I m so angry and upset that they almost cost me my surgery smh. I ve been going to this practice for many years, but the fact they treated me like this for a pre op physical is unacceptable. I will no longer attend this practice, period. I ve had other small issues, but this is my last straw. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I scheduled an appointment before I read the Google reviews. I needed to establish a new primary care doctor so I kept the appointment, hoping things would work out. The practice utilizes the Klara portal which is nice because you can upload information, not having to fax or talk on the phone to schedule appointments. The techs were very friendly and professional. So far, I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice and the people who work there. Should anything change, I will provide a follow-up.

Dr. Desai is nice and pretty thorough while you re at the appointment. I have hashimoto s (autoimmune disease causing hypothyroidism) and she sent me for bloodwork about a year ago. I also have a lymph node in my neck that s been swollen for over 2 years, so she had me to get an ultrasound. It took weeks before I heard back from her office, and when i did, it was just a letter showing the results of the blood test. It said she was including scripts for thyroid medicine and vitamin D in the envelope, but there was nothing there. I called my pharmacy and she didn t send a script there either. She didn t mention my ultrasound at all, which is crazy.

I got the ultrasound results directly from the lab later on, and it says they can t rule out cancer and recommended more testing! I got the results of my bloodwork directly from labcorp, and my thyroid antibodies are in the thousands and my TSH was over 10. I tried to get through to their office to get the scripts and ask about my lymph node, but it s impossible to get through. It just gives so many options to get through and then puts you on hold forever. The online portal on their website is broken so I couldn t make an account. I tried emailing and sending messages but I get no response. This is absolutely ridiculous.

For all they know, the letter never even made it to me. I never got so much as a voicemail suggesting a follow up.

Dr. Desai is fine, but I strongly recommend finding a different doctor that is more organized and actually follows up with test results.

Without a doubt something is seriously wrong with this practice.

I tried to get an appointment after repeated phone calls to the office. Instead I went to the er to get checked out.

Then after more attempts to get a follow up appointment, and the attempts were phone calls, messages, and thru the patient portal but no response.

So I chose to go into the office. I did get seen very quickly. I was given some referrals and out on my way.

Now I have been trying to get a hold of them to get my results. Again the same issue.

Even the "get appointment" button on the website goes to a dead link.

Never in my life have I had an experience with such a failed business, let alone a doctors office.

Shame on you crossroads, it would appear that Life Bridge has ruined a good practice.

If you are looking for a new doctor, look elsewhere. I am on the hunt for a practice that cares about communication and the patients.

I have been a patient Dr Steven Eversley for several years and he is a very good listener, attentive and knowledgeable. His staff are very helpful and accommodating. He is an excellent physician

I have been going to see Dr. Moore for my primary care for over a decade now. I'm dreading the day that I have to go see someone else. Thorough, caring, attentive, listens to you (does not spend 5 mins, looks at a computer and leaves) and provides helpful information/feedback. Old School doctor that is up to date with new information. You cannot get any better than that. He hand marks up your blood work allowing you to know that it was carefully reviewed.

I could go on and on, but Dr. Moore is one of the best. I have zero complaints about the staff and the facility.
