I received very good care, and great results at Crossroads during and after my knee replacement surgery. I recommend Crossroads hospital.

I had same day surgery there July 8th of this year and the staff and everything was wonderful and helpful to me. I was very pleased with my care.

5 stars go to all of the Staff in all of the Departments such as Imaging, lab, etc. 5 stars also go to the Same Day Surgery Staff, and the General Nursing staff. Finally, 5 Stars go to the ER Nursing Staff (Thank you Kristen!) They are a personable, professional, knowledgeable, talented, and compassionate group of medical professionals. I am also greatly impressed with the excellent communication skills among the Staff and with patients and their families. A local Surgeon once gave me the following advice: "If you have an emergency, go to Crossroads Hospital. We recognize our capabilities and limitations, and if we can't provide the emergency care you need, we will quickly get you to where they can". I grew up treating people like I wanted to be treated, therefore if you didn t treat me with friendliness and respect I treated you with coolness!

From pre-registering to checkout NOT ONE person was nothing but patient, friendly, compassionate, instructive (in a very friendly non-judgmental way), and I could go on and on!!!
So if you felt you weren t treated this way YOU might look back on how YOU treated them.

In just a day I felt like I was surrounded with family. VERY knowledgeable family! If they thought there was something amiss they checked it out before proceeding!!! I never felt pressured to get up and walk any time I was there. Right the opposite-they went at my pace without any impatience whatsoever.

I had intensive back surgery!!! I now have 44bolts up and down lower lumbar (I don t have my paperwork in my hands to put the medical region).

To both doctors, Dr Salem (my awesome back surgeon) and Dr Houssain (my awesome hospital medical doctor), and the awesome or staff to the staff on surgical floor

Love it here when I have to have my surgerys done. Nothing but the best hospital I could be in. Super nice staff. Do everything they can to make everything happen for me.

Dr. Papazian performed sinus surgery and everything went really well. I had a great experience and the staff were fantastic.

The ER was not busy. I complained of dizziness and headache with a history of seizures. I was treated very well as far as bedside manner but observed several serious health and safety violations. I counted at least 12, from not asking my name or birthdate when giving me meds to not warning me about side effects of an iv med which left me in a room terrified, alone, and with no call button. I will not go back!!

This is one of the last places I would recommend for anyone to get any help far as medical. Most of the staff can care less about you. I was just there yesterday for myself.

Facilities are dirty. It doesn't make me feel safe about my care when things are dirty, especially with covid happening.

I had a very good experience at Crossroads Hospital, all nurses and staff were very professional and caring, on a 1 to 10 scale, I'll give it a 15.
