The power goes out at the worst times.
I have to sleep with a cpap machine and I'm afraid to wear it.
If these are so- called managed outages they need to inform us customers!
It's sprinkling. The power is doomed to go out. Yep, it's out. Consistently awful as usual. Like a third world country. A generator is a must have with this company.
Worst customer service ever!! And I can see I'm not the only who feels this way!!
Worst power company ever. Power went out and have no idea when it will be back. The company says it is part of their rolling blackout program to save them money. BS just another way to screw people and make them loose food that needs to be cold.

I would give zero stars if it was available. Our power went out on 8/27/2020 at around 5:00pm it is now over 12 hours later, so I called customer service to check for an update as to when I might expect service to be restored, and was informed that the co op had nothing to tell me. I politely asked if there someone I could speak with that might be able to answer my questions, I was informed by the rep I was speaking with that the only person who might know was the dispatcher for the ground crews, but she refused to give me that contact info stating that they ( the co op) never call them. I am left with great concern considering the total lack of customer service. I will note that the rep I spoke with said she would make a note and if she seen an update as to when a crew gets dispatched that she would call me, but she followed that statement with this and I quote that she ( the rep ) doesn t do this very often as if it s a personal favor to me and not her job as a customer serve rep. How is it at all acceptable!
So its 4 days before Thanksgiving, your bill is 140 dollars, you're in the middle of a pandemic, its basically freezing out at all times. Your power is out 1 morning, they tell you " oh we turned it off because there was a spike in power usage overnight and your bill is 140$, you proceed to pay them the 140 dollars SAME day and you call them to ask them to turn your power back on, they say they're not obligated to turn it back with in 3 days it'll be turned on, so the 3 days go by powers still not on, Thanksgiving is RUINED, lost basically all our food in our fridge because that's how shifty this company is. "Might be turned back on by monday" so I paid my bill for basically no reason because I'm switching companies.
Would rate zero stars if I could. Central Electric power lines are causing power surges at my house. Power surge caught my AC/Heat pump on fire and ruined several personal items. Reached out requesting someone come look at their power line. Central Electric considers it an "Emergency" as it can cause a house fire and is dangerous. 1 week later... .Nobody has followed up and nobody has looked at the power line. Nice to know how they handle their "Emergencies"...........
Power always goes out and takes forever to get back on!!
