Horrible place horrible customer service. Please think before allowing this place to care for your loved one. I wish I could give it a negative 5 star rating.

I called and left a message for the director on her personal voicemail leaving my name and number at least twice on the message and never got a return phone call. Could be an oversight I'm going to follow up this week, but I'm not happy.

I do not recommend this place of employment. Programming and Nursing are unprofessional and lazy. They allow DSPs to cuss around the consumers and take smoke breaks every hour. The second shift DSPs and one SS2 rush through the consumer cares so they can take smoke breaks every hour, resulting in lack of care for the consumer. Programming are friends with each other including the DSPs, therefore allowing them to do whatever they please. Staff is immature and focused more on drama than the cares of the consumers. Pay isn t the greatest either, especially with everything that a person has to endure just in one days work. The turn over rate is extremely high because of all of this, yet the changes that need to be made - are Not being made. Anyone who goes against their grain or reports the DSPs become targets as in a gang mentality. Coworkers are very disrespectful and rude. Work here at your own risk. Hopefully they will make changes for the better in the future for the sake of the consumers. The majority of the people on here giving 5 star reviews are the DSPs and SS2s that are allowed to smoke every hour and do as they please- just FYI.

One of the worst jobs I ever had. They always had me work overtime and refused to give me health care. I was often hit and yelled at at the job by the consumers and when I would talk to management I was only told to lock myself in the restroom. I was once on the clock for 30 hours alone.
