Leads do not answer, some are not leads because they are still just thinking.
Most do not answer, the platform is not responsible for the award or not for me or a colleague, as far as we know they can even invent leads to charge us money.
It is the most expensive platform on the market, the leads are bad.
The minimum of respect would be that the service must be awarded to someone or return the money.
For me it is just another acquisition channel, the most expensive and the least effective, and I am sorry because I invested a lot of time and money in this platform for many people, it can be something where they put all the chips and have ZERO RETURN. The entire Zaask system is a failure. I constantly do bids, and days later I see the same customer asking for the same service again - they want work done for cents and continue to post until they get fed up - the Zaask FAZ ZERO team to stop this behavior and consequently leave the "professionals" as me spending credits that are only returned if customers never read the message (lol). Honestly pathetic, snake lard.

It is not transparent to the professional who pays a lot and then does not receive feedback. Even without having any feedback from the people you contacted, the contact gets paid. It adds no value to the market. From the client side (who asks for professionals) it even works well for more recurring services (because there are a lot of companies in the market, such as home works).

Several indications of fraud, due to choosing amounts to be charged depending on the client, clearly theft, do not justify the cases or satisfactions, among other situations occurred inside zaask, attention paid to informalities collected inside the zaask office.
Fish die by the mouth, and only here who wants.

The only request I received were from agencies trying tout know the market prices. Disappointing.

Credits tripled !! Very expensive, they could always have regular customers but prefer to have it only once! I contacted clients and clients never opened my contact and even then my credits were discounted and they were not returned!

This is the third time I've used Zaask. The first time even went well, the second ran more or less. But this third time was a total disaster, with serious damage to me. Zaask does not control the individuals / companies that subscribe to the platform and even if they are mobsters, gatunos or incompetent the zaask does not know and also does not want to know. An example: an ALFASERVIC company that only has negative ratings on their facebook page, keeps appearing on the Zaask platform ... and fooling more people.

No one ever answers.

There were supposed to be 5 options for my case. At no time did I receive a contact either by email or by phone. Note that this is not the first time I ask for support for zaask, in both cases I got no response.

I was looking for painters and found the page. I used it to know how much it could cost the job and contacted 3 professionals to give a budget. It was all very fast and it went really well.

Expensive platform for professionals. Poor quality leads. Few respond and hardly anyone adjudicates.

Some credits are returned but many remain unpaid. There should be greater rigor with regard to requests that are not actually carried out with any professional.

In addition to this, there are still many requests completely overestimated by Zaask's ineffective algorithm. Small budgets require 6, 8 and more credits to respond.

Support for professionals is very bad, especially for what you pay for credits. I even had to send several emails over the course of weeks to finally give me a minimally valid answer after almost 1 month. Unfortunately the answer was in no way beneficial to the professional.

I don't recommend it to any professional, it's worse than expensive, not to say worse.

This company is a sham, beware.
It does not distinguish or select professionals or clients.
In years of experience I never had clients, some quotes were rejected in two seconds.
There have been clearly false requests that are only noticed after paying.
Non-existent support line and online support is completely disguised and does not work. Site that lives from professionals who pay and I don't know of any who had worked, more cost than profit.

The Zaask Team has good professionals.
When I requested 2 budgets were exceptional. I verified great professionalism of the person who came to do the work, there was an effort to solve the problem that was posed in the acquisition of the material.
Personally I did not find the work expensive. For this was completed in its perfection.

Unable to contact someone to discuss platform issues, some credits are returned, others not. We had to have a closer inspection with clients, because we pay a lot of work, and then the client gives up, will do it later .. That's where our money went. I have a problem now, I can't see the contacts of the clients I sent a quote to, just loading, and I can't contact anyone in charge of the platform for help. The platform has a good side but many bad sides.

Excellent platform, I needed an air conditioning installation and thanks to Zaask I received several budgets. I chose one of the companies and the installation went perfectly.

As it seems, some is not well, I haven't even received a job yet and half of the credits are already over, I don't understand.

I did not receive any proposal, canceled my request without notification and sent suggestions of contacts that had nothing to do. Finally I can not delete my record.

A: I was able to delete the record, however it did not satisfy my request and the suggestion algorithm needs to be improved.

It is a portal that works through the registration of professionals through a system of paid credits. Whenever they give a budget they lose credits and it does not mean that they get the job.
