I have joined this gym two months back, my trainer...

I have joined this gym two months back, my trainer is Giri. Under his training I have learnt many things regarding workout and diet. He is so cool and his patience level is so high that he makes us feel comfortable while doing workout. I am so happy under his teaching. Thank you so much sir.

Pledge Fitness is one of those places where we can give titles like "Change, Strength, Focus, Growth, and many more"
It is one of the best places where we can find the "Will of Transformation"
Trainers will guide in a way for the vision which you are willing to achieve,
some of the Instructors like Naveen, Guru, and a few more, know exercise inside out.
"Motivation doesn't find you, you have to find Motivation" - Pledge Fitness is the place which I strongly recommend for those people who are thriving to see Physical transformation in their life.

Really wonderful Gym After visiting 5 Gyms in kphb area Finally I Selected and Joined This Pledge Fitness Gym ,Gym Atmosphere also very good .I Selected My personal Trainer DHANUSH He is training Very well and helping in Diet plans also ..Really Thank you pleadge Fitness and Faculty

Great place to shape your body. Well equipped with good mentors to motivate you. Flexible timings those who can't find time to hit the gym. Group outings with sports and Challenging activities are a special to mention.

This is a fantastic gym!! Trainers are super nice, especially Pavan Dhanush he is my personal trainer and takes an interest in clients and no matter what fitness level you re at. I really like how he gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body transformation. It s great! ,

Today is my 4th days in pledge fitness This was a...

Today is my 4th days in pledge fitness This was a best gym and fully loaded with huge equipment . But iam not getting proper training right, i comes in the evening the trainer is busy talking with his own friends and personal client I have to wait 5 minutes for every set of exercises .Today he told me to do shoulder workout and he did not even make correction, later another trainer came to me and he ask my permission before correct my form and he told me about the proper perform and some workout tip squeezing technique too.His name is Imran Sir He helped me a lot today i personally give him 5star

It was a great experience for me in the past two months I had lost over 13 kgs i was a very beginner at start my coach Dhanush had helped me he had given a proper diet plan along with a scheduled workout focusing out body and also coming to the safety party all the equipment s are cleaned right after every set of work out.
