Horrible place. I went in looking at two different ski boots and I had a terrible experience. I had been fitted earlier in the day by a different store and I went here to try on boots since it seemed they had more of a selection. The employees refused to put me in a boot I had tried on earlier on because "there was no way I could possibly move comfortably in them" when they fit me fine at the other store. I have narrow feet and instead of putting me in a boot that fit me well, they put me in a wide set boot. I had said I wanted between an 80 and 100 and instead, they gave me a 70. I ended up purchasing the boots (which was a huge mistake) and I am very unsatisfied. I reviewed the boots online and it boldly stated the boots I purchased were made especially for wide feet, when my feet are quite narrow. The employees were rude, as they laughed at me right in my face when I stated I wasn't fond of their selection. I could also hear them laughing and talking about me as I walked around the store questioning the boot purchase, which was highly unprofessional in my eyes. I am returning the boots as soon as possible. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, especially if you are seeking professional insight.

I'm new to the community and couldn't have been more thrilled to find a local family run ski/snowboard shop in town. Crossed Sabers has great service and great prices which has made it really easy to decide to keep our business local. Speciality retail is hard and these guys nail it every time I walk in.

Crossed sabers is great. New and used gear, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

They told me over the phone that mounting bindings would be $45. When I got there it was $95 because the $45 required the skis to have a pre mounted track. Something that wasnt made aware to me when we spoke on the phone.

I LOVE this place. Its the best place around for all your skiing and boarding needs. I just brought my skis in to get tuned up, quick turn around time and friendly faces. The staff is very knowledgable and helped me to get in the perfect boot. The previous pair I had were killing my shins and making my ski days unpleasant. I sat down and talked to Kenny, he asked me about my ski ability and a few other questions and found me a great boot and even added lifts to them to get me skiing in the right position. Skiing is now much more enjoyable again. Thank you Ken and all the great staff at Cross Sabres. My whole family comes here and we love the knowledgable, honest and helpful staff.

We have rented skis and boots, had our own equipment tuned and sharpened, purchased ski equipment, clothing and tickets to ski slopes for several years here. They are well equipped, knowledgeable, and helpful.

As always Tyler and Tom are always looking out for me and my family. I have done the ski swap since they opened Cross Sabres and now my children are teenagers that do not seem to always fit in what is in the swap. Tyler and Tom have always made sure that I know all of the most cost effective options. I would not go anywhere else, the personal attention is the best

We were recently married and decided for a cozy snow shoe romantic winter season. We are awaiting the first snow to fall. Trust us. You won't be disappointed coming here!

This is by far my go-to ski store. I drive 40 minutes to shop here each year and just recently brought my family to buy new skis and boots for my wife and I and seasonal rentals for my 2 young boys...along with accessories. Their prices are best around and service and staff are absolutely fantastic, so knowledgable and friendly! Highly, highly recommend going there for all winter needs as its a wonderfully inventoried store from soft goods to skis and boots. Plus, always great to support local family owned businesses.

Recently discovered this ski shop, as I needed a place to rent gear for the kids on our way out of town for the weekend. They had gear available, and we got the kids set up pretty quickly on a Friday evening around 6 pm.

The rates were much more affordable than at the ski resort rental shop, and they didn't charge for the day of rental or return. The ski apparel is on the pricey side, but it's all really high quality stuff that you likely want to try on rather than purchasing online.

Service was very friendly. I will patronize this place again, and recommend it to others.

I've been buying my Ski gear here for over 20 years. I'm a casual skier, and Tom and his crew have never steered me wrong with their advice. They always temper their answers to my ability level, and budget, letting me get the best bang for my buck.

I've enjoyed bringing my two children here, and introducing them to skiing.

During the fall, they have a Ski and Snowboard Swap, where you can bring in your serviceable gear, and trade for newer. This is perfect for growing children.

Fantastic customer service and top notch knowledge and equipment! The folks here were accommodating, friendly and helpful. We are just getting back into skiing therefore we were renting skis. We checked out another store that was closer to our house, "Jackson's Ski Outlet" in So. Easton, MA and came back to Crossed Sabers since the equipment at Jackson's was so outdated and the staff so lacking in so much. We will go back to Crossed Sabers to purchase our equipment. They were great!

I have been skiing for 17+ years, and found out that my ski(s) could not be tuned up. It was time to purchase new ski(s), bindings, and boots. This was a hefty expense, new boots - Maserati style, slip on slip out, and top of the line ski(s), the owner helped me find the best pair for my long, skinny frame. I can't thank him enough. The last 2 pairs of boots that I purchased were were too big for me and was always a challenge finding the right fit for a full day on the mountain. If you are looking for new equipment and or warm wear - do yourself a favor and or discomfort and go to Crossed Sabers Ski & Board!!!! You'll be more than glad you did! See you on the trails! We had a wonderful experience again this year having my daughter fitted for her seasonal rentals. Tyler was the associate that helped us and he was very informative and helpful. Karen as always helped us with apparel and we were able to get a great deal to add to our ski wear collection.

I called looking for Nordica Cruise ski boots March 31, so late all stores including this one were out. But he didn't just let me go, he asked me a few questions, checked if he had other brands that were close. He did not have my size, but gave me great advice on what to look for.

I have been outfitting my family from Crossed Sabers for more than 15 years. They have become the only place that we would purchase ski gear and clothing from. Can't say enough about our visit with Ken at Cross Sabers! He sat with us talking about our skiing levels, local Mountains, and skiing in general for over a half hour. His knowledge of his products, ability to interpret what we needed, and find what were looking for was unbelievable. He didn't try to oversell us, and put my wife and I in the perfect set of skis for each of us. We had so much fun on his choices the next time out we actually called from the mountain to thank him!
