Staff has no clue how to cook of even just serve food. Place is a joke.

This was an excellent way to avoid NYC traffic while enjoying a beer. John, the bartender - probably one of the coolest older dudes on the planet.

Clean, friendly and fast. Nice scenery from the top deck!

Really nice and well run ferry. If you need a snack, there's a small cafe on board. There's a sun deck and free WiFi, though it was never super reliable. Buy tickets in advance for busy times (weekends in summer).

Great staff and great ride! I really appreciated the boat with the interactive kids room! Great distraction from a long day of traveling with a toddler!
