Yes it was ok, they are nice, except that ..... there is a serious organizational problem, indeed people to say the least dishonest allow themselves not to queue to get into the boat and this , without anyone telling them anything and especially without the least shame, it is lamentable!
It is not the other customers who came early to police but the organizer to enforce the rules!
It would be enough to install barriers to force the dishonest to queue, it is not complicated though?
Second thing, just as lamentable, some dishonest who arrived late and who should be "down" allow themselves to go up and stand in front of everyone, having made the remark to many of these people, I got heard answer that there was more room down .... as ci the company was selling more space than the boat contained .... I am so go check down and of course there was room In addition to being dishonest, these people have liars of course!
I strongly advise you to go in high season it is a mess not possible, pity that a few idiots helped by the passivity of the carrier spoil a moment that should be so well paid still 20 per person!

In this case you have misjudged the number of seats in the bench because there were a lot of us standing for lack of space that's a fact.

When booking the tickets I specified that there is a person in a wheelchair with a motorized wheel to go around the island of Aix, the person took care to call the captain of the boat to be sure that it is possible to embark with. D-day no worries the staff with the little onions on the way as on the return.

This is the flock of sheep that we enter in the enclosure! No social distancing measure. The boats leave overloaded.
So yes, everyone has the masks but if only the placement of the latter were controlled ... as a reminder, a nose outside a mask is like an intimate part outside of underpants: it's better when it's tidy !!
I was very surprised to see this and, if I had known, I would not have scheduled this excursion to the island of Aix. I do not see what prevents this company from leaving the boat only half full, which would guarantee a safe space for each of the passengers.

Everything was fine until we were phoned while we were having lunch, to shift the return schedule. 2 schedules were proposed to us but none suited us because we had organized ourselves according to the first schedules.
We thought it was not great to warn us at the last minute. It would have been done the morning before our departure why not ....

We chose inter island and we did not regret it at all.
The staff at the counter is very friendly and guides very well.
The employees on board quite very friendly and helpful.

A stop in Aix very pleasant and a passage near Fort Boyard very very vorient aoreciable.

We took the cruise to the Ile d'Aix, with the Fort Boyard tour. The children were delighted plus we had the dolphin visit between the island and the fort. The staff were very friendly.

Crossing la rochelle island of Aix tariff too expensive luckily crew nice but more than an hour late on an incident I think poorly managed ......

We opted for the 4h catamaran cruise to Fort Boyard, very nice cruise. Beautiful boat, very comfortable, we can walk easily and change places at will. Very nice crew. To redo.

There is cheaper for a better comfort and walk along the dock.

Several cruises available, we went around Fort Boyard. In good weather it is super pleasant. Although we are from Rocher, we would have liked more information on the port, the fort ... but it is a good time to live.

We booked the trip to Fort Boyard on a very hot day. The crew was very friendly and professional. On our way to the fort we saw dolphins and the captain changed course and spent 15 minutes so that we could enjoy this magical moment.

A cruise to do absomully, to discover the island of Aix and pass close to Fort Boyard. From the old port of La Rochelle, you can embark on an excursion on the open sea, a day with guided tour.
A stop on the island of Aix will allow you to walk the footpaths and you can enjoy a nice picnic by the sea. The island of Aix is a visit that will seduce walkers, lovers of the sea. nature and beaches without forgetting the fort. There is so much to discover ....
However, you have to manage your time and select your program because the hours of return are imposed.
On their arrival, we recommend this visit to our tenants, our rental is only 30 minutes from La Rochelle.

Attention non smoking cruise but lasts only 2 hours (so we can take a break in his life as a smoker)

Good level but go back very unpleasant and disrespectful staff. Our return was scheduled at 16:30. We arrived on the pier 15 / 10min before. We did not see a boat until 4:45 pm to hear us say that it was not our boat, which we mentioned and that it was not sure we could get on.

We really had a great time we took the first departure at 11.00 we arrived on site there was a ticket office suddenly saved because we bought our tickets in advance on their website but we did not print them on the spot withdrawal of tickets and waiting for the boat the best is to arrive in advance to have the best seats we were seated upstairs because afterwards there were people. Good no respect for barrier gestures like the 1m it's a shame but good a friendly crew and an audio guide as well

Load into boats like cattle without worrying about the view. Pick up passengers at the island of Aix and be more crowded than in the Parisian metro, suddenly no respect for barrier gestures ... Avoid seeing or fleeing.

The staff of each boat is very friendly, welcome, the boats are great! Very clean, well maintained, it goes! With LA MALINE we can even take a shower when the sea is shake frankly I recommend cruises are perfect super nice! I recommend the boats LA MALINE and CHEVALIER ARLEQUIN!

Our return trip missed, when we wanted to take the next one (systematically refused) because not the same name as on the ticket; attention 4 hours in full sun to definitively take that of fouras and name la Rochelle; extra cost (the taxi) to get back to La Rochelle to pick up our car and return to the hotel ":": fucking vacation back home.. friks pump

I think that when the SHIPS are not full we could take 2 people !! It was the case on the 3rd boat.

Ballad super nice, we booked via Groupon a walk for 2 with stopover on the island of Aix for 30 . Very nice day, blue sky, ideal temperature ..
The performance is nice but only downside the comments to the microphone are inaudible because ambient noise too strong. (Pity..)
But otherwise, great day !! :-)

2 hour boat ride, see Fort Boyar 15 min, and almost no commentary on the entire duration of the boat. For the price, this does not seem justified to me. Afterwards if you like to be on a boat it's fine, but don't expect a "guided tour" with an explanation of what you see. Too bad for the price

Very disappointed with the visit. We paid 20.50 per person to see Fort-Boyard for a short time. It is so not worth it, it is ectly expensive for the content of the visit.

They removed my opinion that I posted 2 hours ago on which I spoke about their lack of advice on bad weather a shame !!! A day at La Rochelle 2h15 wasted for not having seen the fort boyar because of the clouds it was blocked we saw NOTHING !!! I want a refund knowing that I am from 06, that it is my 1st and only day in La Rochelle and that I will not be back in the next 10 years.

Return to a closed ship as a small complete outdoor space, a sea trip without taking advantage of it!
Not enough places to sit, my husband had to stand, myself and my daughter having to sit on a seat intended for the disabled. At the price of the ticket, this is unacceptable

We can only recommend this cruise. 2 times I do it, really beautiful. What happiness to be in the open sea and the sight of Fort Boyard . Friendly staff. The +: the more you sink towards the open sea, it is the wind that you receive in the face happiness when it is really very very hot.

I do not understand the good comments on this cruise company, or we were really unlucky that day!
Having made the cruise around Fort Boyard, we boarded the boat, greeted by two men who simply wanted to be elsewhere! We leave for 2h30 boat, where these two men are completely absent and when they are visible, are glued to their mobile phone. In addition, for such a long trip, a drink service would be smart to set up. Having already made this type of outing in other cities, this service is systematic elsewhere and very popular with people on board, especially in fine weather.
And to charge 4 euros extra for a dog, for a ticket already not given, I find it a bit limited ... Especially for services offered on board ...
