My father has had the CST service for 15 years now, he started with the basic model that we would only use in his home and this past year upgraded to the newest service that allows him to have the button outside of the home. Our family has been a long time customer and have been very happy with everything. Anytime he pushes the button by mistake or when he decides to test, all of his interactions with the staff at the call center are excellent. The staff is patient and kind; they seem to really enjoy what they do. I now live a bit further away, so I am always so appreciative to know he can get any help he needs quickly. Thank you to the staff that answer the calls.

Oh CST, Where to begin? The work was sooo rewarding. That was why I stayed for 3 years. Aside from that, GOD AWFUL! No matter how hard you worked or how great of an employee you were, the only people who received recognition or promotions were the boss' favorites. If you applied here, please reconsider. You'll face many hardships, disrespect, gossip, lies, false hopes, discrimination, points, and loss of sanity. I walked out with a box of my things and it was the best day of my life.

This is a very horrible company to work for.... they expect you to be quite your whole entire 8 hour shift. Not to form no type of relationship with your co-workers! The management sucks I think Best Buy made a horrible decision taking over this company!!!!

Needed assistance on a timeline and CST delivered! The sign up process was easy, they were patient and informative. Set up is a breeze and the folks answering the calls are caring and ready to assist, even if just answering a test. Great people, affordable service, highly recommended.

We are very pleased with the service that we have received the 2 times that my brother-in-law has fallen and pressed his button. The staff was very responsive! I was called and kept informed every step of the way and our minds are at ease knowing that CST is always there to help. Thank you!

I would give no stars. This company provided a medical alert pendant for my mother and it did not work for over a month and we did not know until we tried to test it. Spoke with a supervisor, they sent a replacement, tried to use it when my mother fell and it did not work. Did several TEST an tey had the fire dept dispatched even while on the phone with a supervisor.
Once again the system does not work, I called and a supervisor said they would call me back and still waiting. Supervisor was not friendly and wanted to know why I didnt have time to set up the system again or why my mother cant - she is handicap and not physically able!. I have a job as well and noted I cant just be at the box to test it so I ask to be called after work hours for in the am. Still waiting. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY for your loved ones wellbeing.

I was given a free 2 month trial service with this company after an accident and using home health services. I never used it, never got any information about billing, and no info about the device itself. Twice I needed help after a fall and the device did not work. I assumed the service was not extended and just forgot about it. A year and a half later I realize that they had been taking funds out of my account all along. They cancelled the account and then said I owed them $250.00 for the device that did not work. BEWARE!

I have read some of the negative reviews of CST and realize that my experience has been quite different. We got a basic system for my sister and for an elderly aunt. Both have had them for years and have nothing but positive responses from CST when they have used their pendants. This includes when they were simply testing the system to be sure everything was working correctly. The staff on the other end were always courteous.

One thing that amazed me was the sensitivity of the receiver. My sister could literally be a few rooms away from the receiver and when she spoke, she could be heard loud and clear.

I would recommend CST to others who live alone and need the assurance of emergency assistance at the push of a button for a very reasonable monthly fee.

If I could give this company a zero rating if I could. They are the worst they can t detect a person that has the device. What they do send fire department to homes because that is the last location that they had. I had this company come to my home multiple times looking for my uncle just to tell them that he wasn t at home.They even had the fire department destroy my door recently (AGAIN! MY UNCLE WASN T HOME). They fail to comply and showed interested in repairing my property. I really don t like this company and they don t have the ability to save or locate your love ones. Everyone please be safe and choose wisely. This is the worst thing ever when you get a call and they say we can t locate him and the paramedics never gives them information they claim.
