I have read some of the negative reviews of CST and realize that my experience has been quite different. We got a basic system for my sister and for an elderly aunt. Both have had them for years and have nothing but positive responses from CST when they have used their pendants. This includes when they were simply testing the system to be sure everything was working correctly. The staff on the other end were always courteous.

One thing that amazed me was the sensitivity of the receiver. My sister could literally be a few rooms away from the receiver and when she spoke, she could be heard loud and clear.

I would recommend CST to others who live alone and need the assurance of emergency assistance at the push of a button for a very reasonable monthly fee.
