I was given a free 2 month trial service with this company after an accident and using home health services. I never used it, never got any information about billing, and no info about the device itself. Twice I needed help after a fall and the device did not work. I assumed the service was not extended and just forgot about it. A year and a half later I realize that they had been taking funds out of my account all along. They cancelled the account and then said I owed them $250.00 for the device that did not work. BEWARE!
