Everyone is very nice, and they do a great job. Easy and painless.

Dr. Mike, the front desk staff and hygienists are amazing! They are prompt, accommodating and friendly. I had my small infant at my appointment and they even walked him back to sleep when I was in the chair :) I would recommend Dr. Mike and friends to anyone!

I was disappointed to find out my preferred Dentist was not available when I went for my cleaning. I would have preferred to have been told in advance that he would not be there and given the opportunity to reschedule when he was in. Now I will have to make another appointment for when he is in. This is very inconvenient.

Wonderful doctors and staff, Dr. Holly took a lot of time learning my history (but was efficient in doing so, not just wasting time), provided Thoughtful guidance and really earned my trust. Cleaning was gentle yet thorough. And I was extremely impressed with Covid-preparation and care. Covid was part of why I had been delaying routine care but I left feeling confident and pleased I found this practice!

This is one of those rare healthcare providers who does everything well. They have everything dialed in, every touchpoint perfectly calibrated for the patient. They should franchise their way of doing what they do and change dentistry for the whole nation.

Amidst the times of COVID, my visit for a cleaning could not have been better. From the screening that was done upon arrival to the directional exit, it was a very safe experience - they are taking proper precautions. Additionally, I usually prefer the ultrasonic cleaner but Kim did amazing at leaving me satisfied without out the use of the ultrasonic scaler. Dr. Vic was great as well. Shout out to Criscione Family Dental!!

Dr. Mancuso is wonderful! He did a great job explaining my treatment options and is a very warm and comforting Dr. The whole staff was kind and professional and a the office is beautiful.

The only problem for a Senior Citizen is the huge bill presented for the first visit, then having to return next day to have molds made for tooth and get a prescription for tooth swelling area, discomfort and healing of infection.

This is the first dentist I've had where the cleanings are actually gentle!

I've been going to Criscione Dental since 1995 or thereabouts. It's a wonderful place with great employees. I really dislike going to the dentist, but these folks put me at ease and make it much less anxiety inducing. Highly recommend them and all of my local relatives use them as well.

This place is a class act. Nice people and beyond competent. The C Fam is probably the best dentist group in the Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tigard area. They've been around forever and really take care of you. They are on top of all the modern dentistry stuff and know how to explain things well. Also, there is no weak link in the entire staff--that includes the front desk and back office staff who help make all the lights go green in this business.

Put it this way, when my work changed and the new insurance didn't cover my dentist, I changed insurance companies to keep Criscione. This was a huge hassle, but totally worth it.

Still after all these years, this team is even better than before! You can tell a real pro when you are tad scared about the dental procedure. They always walk you through it all and make you feel at ease.

I got a strong sense of dental competency and assurance at my last visit (a crown). I think that's why I keep coming around and I won't let just anyone work on my teeth. It's really important that you trust your doctor and that they do a fantastic job: that's what you'll get here.

P.S., Their new office is really nice.

Great dental office with super nice staff. I was referred to them by a co-worker after being with a dentist for years. I had a major headaches from a cracked tooth and my prior dentist put me off for over 3 weeks. I was able to get in right away with Criscione Family Dental and they took care of it right away. I have been going to this dental clinic for over a year now and I have been very pleased with the staff attitude, clean and modern offices, up-to-date technology and the way I have been treated each visit. On my most recent visit Lexi was my hygienist and Dr. Criscione gave my chompers a clean bill of health. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a long term dentist!

Everything was streamlined and professional from booking and obtaining old records to the actual appointment. The cleaning was thorough - full of good explanations and answers my questions. Dr. Lennard took the time to sit with me and explain the areas he's watching even though I didn't require any fillings. This was the best cleaning/exam I've experienced and recommend this office without reservation.

I had a new patient appointment scheduled when I had a filling cracked. They were able to get me in and I received a new filling and didnt have to wait until my new patient appointment. Everyone in the office is friendly and very nice - great personalities!! They are very prompt and seems to stay on schedule from what I was able to experience.

I like to visit Dr. Criscione and Jackie even when I m there for a dental procedure I would rather not have.

Secretary knows you by name, will advise on insurance plan. They have a plan that takes into account your x-ray schedule so you don't have to strategically enroll at specific times to save money.

Dr. Criscione has been our family dentist for almost 20 years. I've never had to deal with pressure related to up selling from this office, like you might experience with other Dentists. Mike is also very skilled at what he does and takes care to make sure you are comfortable during the entire process.

Tawny, in the past two years has become not only my favorite oral hygienist I have ever had, but possibly my favorite care provider. She is thorough, professional and knowledgeable and makes me look forward to teeth cleaning (yes you heard that right). Besides having some things in common I learn something new about taking care of myself every time I am with her, and honestly I feel like she has my oral health and general well being in her best interest. Yesterday was my first appointment Monday April 30,2018 , they were referred to me by my friend Annette for a 2nd Opinion and yes I was scared .
I needed to leave my previous dentist of 16 years, they weren t doing a very good job as they had used to.
I have another appointment the first week in May 2018 and having my records sent over, to what I now call my Dentist .
There team assured me that everything was going to be OK, things weren t as bad as I was told. I think we re a good fit

I would give Criscione Family Dental 0 star if I can. We have very unhappy expereices with them. I sent below long email to them when we have different opinions, but they did not listen at all. Just simply sent our bill to collection. Below is my email sent to her. You can read it and make your own decision. I know I may not be 100% right.

1. For the X-Ray examination costs, I asked 2 times in your clinic before the examination and your office staff confirmed me two times that there were no costs for me for the examination.
2. You have my insurance policy and my treatment history of the past on hand. You should know what the costs were not coverd by insurance. If you were not sure, you should tell me you were not sure, so I could considerate it by myself and made my own decisions. But you gave me wrong information. You confirmed patient no cost, then you should take some of the responsibility.
4. In the examination process, doctor Holly just wasted out the time and did not do cleaning treatment for me. Doing teeth cleaning is the purpose for this appointment wirh your clinic. He checked one my tooth, stood there for a while, checked another tooth then walked out of the room for a while. Most of the time I were waiting. When I asked the teeth cleaning after the examination, he told me there were no time to do clening, he used up all the time only on examination for my whole appointment. He then suggested me doing deep cleaning.
5. I said I wanted to do a regular teeth cleaning first then considering the deep cleaning. Then your office staff made a regular cleaning appointment for me in the net day. At the next day while I was on my way to your office, I got a voice message telling me I could come in 15 minutes earlier because you had an opening. But when I arrived at your office, you guys told me again I needed to do deep cleaning and you could not do regular cleaning for me. It is totally absurd. How you did arrangement with patient like this?

6. Later on when Linda talked to me in phone, I asked her to get a pre-estimation from my insurance for the deep cleaning, she said yes and she would, but she have never given me a pre-estimation. When I visited your clinic for my son, I also asked you face to face two times in two different visits about pre-estimation from my insurance, you promised me you would give me a pre-estimation, but I have never received it from you.
7. You gave me my son's filling treatment cost in written. But after months later you sent us the first invoice with a different number, which is more than 20% increase. Why you charge us more money than what you told us in written?
8. You aggressively push me to pay the bill which I do not agree to and also threatened me it was last warning. Your attitude totally make me angry. You madly quarrelled with me in phone, I cannot see you have professional performance attitude as a customer representative. Maybe it is because only you and me were on phone and there were no other patients could see how you treat your patients
9. On Internet, you reply patent's complains timely and seems like you care about patients and tell patients to send email to you for any questions. But I sent to you several emails and you have never replied any one of them. I know you got my email, because when I visited you office and talked about my emails sent to you and you said you received them.

You purposely and intendedly spend time maintaining a good rating on internet, it is fine but need to be consistent. I trusted it and chosed your clinic, but you treat single paitnet in private so tough and we would never come back to your clinic.

They are always professional, but also very friendly. They give you the honest information you need to make you re own decisions on when and what dental work needs to be done. My family and I have been going there for 20 years even though we moved 30-40 mins away a long time ago.

Glad to see a great dentist practice open during the pandemic. I am concerned that the front desk staff were not wearing masks, especially in such a high exposure environment. Hopefully they will consider having all employees wear masks all the time for the safety of everyone.
