VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. AFTER REGISTRATION MY COMPLAIN I AM WAITING FOR LAST ONE MONTH FOR VISIT THEIR SERVICE PERSON IN A PRIME LOCATION OF ASSAM. & HAVE TO STOP MY BUSINESS RELATED WITH THIS PUMP WHICH IS MY BREAD & BUTTER.

I had worst ever experience with Royale model of CRI pumps. Even when the invoice was made and Warranty Card is yet to be made, the pump did not perform at all on fresh installation. Water head is shown in manual as 164 ft. It does not achieve 7 ft head. I have never written any review in my whole life. But so much disappointed with CRI pump that I wish nobody else become as frustrated as me.

C.R.I. Motor pump has worst experience with me since i have purchased based on its brand name and within one month motor got repaired and given complaint but no one reverted back though the company has given warranty for one year.
Please do not buy C.R.I pump set.

Nice company but salary package is too low. Manufacturing unit is fully manual.
I have purchased 2 nos Domestic Pump for my house in Kochi i year back. Now one pump Virat model is making noise. I have called up Kochi CRI , they have asked me to register on toll free. I have done that. I got a call from a technician , he instructed me to do some trial and error methods!!!!!. . Today another technician called me and asked me to check some other things , including diving into the under ground tank to check foot valve !!!!. Till now no one bothered to come and inspect the pump even though the location is at center of Kochi.. Please give contact of your Service Manager , who is capable of handling these issues.

Wrost products.I bought 10no's JTS SS PUMP in CRI.Many pumps not working.And spares not available in all Service centre....Dnt buy this Pumps.
Worst ever after sale service. Don't ever buy this brand and when complaints made no one following up the customer.

CRI pumps are undoubtedly the best pumps in the industry. I had been using it since long and recommend it to all my friends too!
Our Champee pump 1.5 HP is lying with the service centre for last one month. Complained on toll free no. many times. Nobody is bothered. It is as good as no service.
