I have purchased 2 nos Domestic Pump for my house ...

I have purchased 2 nos Domestic Pump for my house in Kochi i year back. Now one pump Virat model is making noise. I have called up Kochi CRI , they have asked me to register on toll free. I have done that. I got a call from a technician , he instructed me to do some trial and error methods!!!!!. . Today another technician called me and asked me to check some other things , including diving into the under ground tank to check foot valve !!!!. Till now no one bothered to come and inspect the pump even though the location is at center of Kochi.. Please give contact of your Service Manager , who is capable of handling these issues.
