I knew what I wanted and the sales people did not lead me to something I wasn t looking for.
I had two sales people (my fault). And between both of them, I didn t get any BS. They were both terrific! I might self do not like sales people, but these two, they were nice and not pushy.

Go see Crystal or Ian they both are great people oh and Tommy Haskell, he is in finance, bottom line he is a great person to.

Great service dept, you might find oil changes cheaper than your oil change fast stop you go to. I really like the sales dept

Used the collision center to fix my car and they were great! The repair was perfect!

Ansley, service advisor at Crews, treated my family with the best customer service we ve ever experienced. We had an issue that was not fixed satisfactorily with our first visit to the service department. After dropping off our certificated vehicle the next week for a separate issue, Ansley brought up the original issue, asked to witnessed it happening herself and made sure it was completely corrected before returning our family vehicle to us. It felt like she was treating us as she would treat a close friend, even though we are complete strangers. Thank you, Ansley!

I left my car with Steve in the service dept for a EVAP code! I'm so grateful for Steve's hard work & dedication to the car business. He always ensures I'm satisfied when I leave the lot! A 5 star employee deserves a 5 star review!

I've worked in the auto business over 20 years and was reluctant to purchase a new vehicle yesterday, I went in to Crews Chevy and met with Crystal, a very friendly and informative salesperson there.... Crystal took the time to listen to my needs and and showed me all options that were available, not once did I feel pressured into something and she also took more time than likely necessary to explain this old guy how all the buttons and technology worked. Crews Chevrolet really does a great job at training their salespeople and I felt that they sincerely were there to help... If you're in the marked for a reliable ride at a fair price, then by all means, head to Crews Chevy and ask for Crystal...

MUST SEE KEVIN! Hands down the best! We were walking all the different dealerships on the strip. We did not go intending on any specific brand. A truck caught my husband s eye and Kevin was our guy. Turns out what we thought we should do financially with car purchases was foolish and Kevin let us know and helped us find the correct scenario for our family s needs. Not only did we buy one Brand New truck that wasn t even on the lot yet but we bought 2 vehicles and he is hunting for a car for our daughter now. While we were working with Kevin so many of his clients were coming through to either finish up, pickup or thank him. He was not pushy! He is the FIRST salesman that went thoroughly through EACH vehicle we looked at. Every option it had and how to use it. We definitely recommend him to everyone. We saw other salesman there that absolutely fit the stereotype. We even openly heard other sales people jealousy of how well Kevin does and I can tell you his success is based of the fact that he is real! GO SEE KEVIN and tell him we sent you!

This was my very first service appointment in SC and with Crews. The only reason I did not rate a 10 was because I had to wait a long time for the shuttle. Steve did an excellent job explaining the service and communicated well. The car was returned to me on time. There were an excess amount of phone calls about the service appointment and I would consider that OVER-communicating.
