I've worked in the auto business over 20 years and was reluctant to purchase a new vehicle yesterday, I went in to Crews Chevy and met with Crystal, a very friendly and informative salesperson there.... Crystal took the time to listen to my needs and and showed me all options that were available, not once did I feel pressured into something and she also took more time than likely necessary to explain this old guy how all the buttons and technology worked.
