I was initially frustrated with the my experience with Crestview. However in the end I had a positive experience. Based on all the negative feedback on this site I thought it would be good to balance it out. My title company failed to transfer my service from the previous owner on the account. I never saw the bills and was charged a lot of late fees. Getting to the bottom of this took a little digging but both folks I talked to on the phone were very helpful and easy to work with. They provided me a refund for the late charges that were not due to my fault.

Now I did dock them one star for a poor online user interface. I had to call in order to get a password to logon to my online account. Once online the interface wasn't very intuitive and lacked all of my billing history. I think this is a major area for improvement. Based on the previous reviews this seems to be an area where they have already made improvements but they just aren't there yet. It should be much easier to do everything online including set up autopay through ACH online.
