I would never ever use this dealership. My fiance and I purchased a 2017 Tuscon from them and it was a nightmare from the get go. We walked the lot and she found the car that we looked at online. Took it for a test drive and the salesman knew NOTHING about the car except that it had UBS (yes he called it UBS, not USB). So we get back after the test drive and we sit down with the salesman and I notice he had a big hole in his crotch. My fiance goes to the restroom and I mention it to him. He apologies but continued to sit with his legs spread. Totally inappropriate behavior especially in front of my fiance. I mention it to him again and again, sits with his legs wide open. So anyways, we like the car but it was missing two key things we were looking for, Apple Carplay and remote start. So we inquired about both and he had to go another salesman to find out. We were told we couldn't get Apple carplay but the sales manager Jerrod Giebel said that it was equipped with Blue Link and we just had to call and subscribe to it. So at this point, we just want to go. So we buy the car (the finance guy was really nice) and the salesman says we are going to get emailed a questionnaire on how things went. We get home only to find out the car isn't equipped with Blue Link and because it's a lease, we can't add remote start from the aftermarket. So we get the questionnaire and we we generous to say the least. He calls my fiance asking why we didn't give him a perfect score and then proceeds to tell her with a bad attitude that he cost her his $500 bonus for the month and $1,500 for three months. I can tell you, we will not be going back and find a different dealership to service our car. Worst dealership ever.
