Fantastic staff and services. Not too bad of a view from the offices either.
I went to the Crescent Care Dental Clinic at their Tulane Avenue location, everyone was friendly, courteous, and made my visit a pleasant experience! We worked out a "game plan" of future visits to address my damaged teeth from clenching my teeth 24/7. I go to the Elysian Field Clinic for Medical Care and can only tell you that I have only encountered friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. I have only had Positive experiences with both Clinic sites!
I saw Dr. Odoms today. She's the best. Clearly a very bright and inquisitive person. Seems to genuinely care about people. Great bedside manner. Definitely love how Crescent Care creates a welcoming environment for queer patients and staff.
Everyone is always so nice and helpful! I've been going to Crescent Care for 5 years and have never had an issue with scheduling, or wait times. My doctor visits never feel rushed, and the pharmacy located inside the building is very convenient and fairly priced.
Let me just start off by saying the receptionist on the phone had the worst attitude and skillset of basic manners I have ever experienced. That alone was enough to realize I would never set foot in this place.
I m pretty sure I was NOT administered a Johnson and Johnson vaccine at the pop-up on May 8, although I have a card that indicates that I was. They could ve just informed me that a database flagged me as being potentially ineligible, which I wasn t, and allow me to explain. But a faked, non-administration, and a fake card, really???
I just recently started at crescent care, and the attention and level of care they ve given me is amazing. Danielle has gone above and beyond to make sure I was seen despite my having issues with my insurance, and she s advocated for me on a level I ve never experienced. I m very excited to continue my treatment here and very thankful for the help I ve received.
The administration of this facility does not care about their patients or staff. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare (and only available by phone), staff constantly having issues with their systems, and a generally discombobulated experience every time. This facility has everything it needs except management and their implementation of technology. This staff is ready to work, if only they had managers who cared.
Great family atmosphere and you get treated as such. Love all the staff even the cleaning lady I would highly recommend.
