They only care about big disasters and only if you are a client of theirs... this is a fact. They will get notice of say, a fire outbreak at some apartment complex near by, but if that apartment/owners of apt aren t clients, they won t do anything, not even press the dispatch button on the phone to get someone else to handle it ... this place is supposedly the First responders or the place that hears about a disaster first; before 911 and before the fire dept etc. and then they relay the disaster or upcoming disaster to said places (as they have the equipment and scanners to see if a tornado, or hurricane etc is coming). But they will only let their clients know about it... because everything else is just a small apartment fire. Not their client and not their problem.

After they were contracted to work on the apartments that I live in, jewelry came up missing. Of course, no one knows what happened despite me witnessing their workers working without supervision in my apartment. Highly disappointed.

We recently utilize their private softball facility. Great people.

Says global disaster solution but obviously could care less about how their drivers perform on the road. Almost caused a disaster on 45 heading south just past spring. Had my blinker on to get over and he decides to speed up and almost hits me. Maybe care for people on the roads a little more? Will never use this service.
