Extremely disappointed in the switch to UC Health!...

Extremely disappointed in the switch to UC Health! Apparently you become a new patient all over again and they have no clue who you are. I've been going to Crescent for almost 10 years annually, one of the doctors delivered my son. Today I attempted to schedule an appointment due to not feeling well, not my annual and it was a total disaster I literally just gave up and said don't worry about the appointment. First, the receptionist phone present was beyond dull and non-personable. Then I was drilled for an eternity on my race, religion and maiden/married named. She literally asked me if I was black! I completely understanding needing insurance and updated contact information, but is my race and religion something that's a requirement in order for me to make an appointment! It wasn't like it was an annual, I wasn't feeling well, who wants to answer a thousands questions just to make an appointment. The doctors are awesome if you can actually get in to see them.
