Wonderful experience from beginning to end. We ordered custom cabinets for our fireplace and one for our kitchen. The design was beautiful and the quality is excellent. From the initial quote to final installation it was a great experience, we even changed our minds last minute on a detail (changing a cupboard to a drawer) and it was done and installed within 24 hours!! Wonderful service and quality workmanship. We receive tons of compliments and we are so very happy!!! Would recommend Creative Woodcraft to anyone in a heartbeat.

All the cabinetry and countertops in our new home are from Creative Woodcraft. We could not be more pleased with the results. The quartz kitchen counter/island top was pricey but money well spent as the kitchen and living/dining areas are in one great room. It looks amazing! Jay and others we dealt with at the shop were friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful. That, and supporting local businesses in our community, make Creative Woodcraft a five star go to cabinet maker.
I went in to the store 3 weeks ago and Jay was very helpful to work with. He said he would be in contact in 2 to 3 days. When I called back 5 days later he apologized and said he would be in contact in 1 hour. He never called back. The following week I called again. I spoke to a receptionist, she took my message and I left a voice mail message as well. He never called back. It's been a full week since. I guess they don't want my business. VERY poor customer service.
So glad we went with Creative Woodcraft! They are based out of Cobble Hill but were happy to help us with our small kitchen Reno in Victoria. Their communication and professionalism were top notch! Everything was done right on time, the quality of the cabinets is amazing and all at a very reasonable cost! They lived up to their name in helping us design and create a kitchen that is not only beautiful but also incredibly functional! Would highly recommend!
