I went in to the store 3 weeks ago and Jay was very helpful to work with. He said he would be in contact in 2 to 3 days. When I called back 5 days later he apologized and said he would be in contact in 1 hour. He never called back. The following week I called again. I spoke to a receptionist, she took my message and I left a voice mail message as well. He never called back. It's been a full week since. I guess they don't want my business. VERY poor customer service.
