We built our dream house and had them do our suspended seating on our island and we absolutely love them! They kept us informed with every step of the way and helped make our dreams a reality.
First off their staff is excellent. Kind. Thoughtful. Respectful. And genuine! They feel like family! They did what they said they would do. They were straight forward about price and there werent hidden fees. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The quality of the seating is top notch! The house we purchased (built 20 years ago) had some of their seating installed in the kitchen and we loved it so much we knew it was what we wanted when we were looking for a table to fit our families needs. They were so helpful about all the custom details. They were so considerate as to get it done prior to Thanksgiving we got to eat around our new beautiful table as a family! The follow up has been nice, as there was a dent in a chair and they were super quick, next day, to come and replace it. What a great experience all the way around. We look forward to having them refurbish (change the metal finish from white to black) the seating from 20 years ago in the future!
Seating Innovations went above and beyond to help me with a small issue for my chair. He came quickly to fix it, and also checked out the other chairs and made adjustments to them to help them work better. They were super communicators, and they really know their stuff. We moved into a home with a large island but a relatively small breakfast nook. After we installed Seating Innovations chairs around the island, our kitchen has become more of a hub and gathering place for meals and projects.
Our kids prefer the suspended seating to sitting at the table and we love that we can accommodate so many more people so easily without having to hassle with traditional bar stools or try to do a major addition/renovation/expansion to our breakfast nook. My contractor was the first to let me know how much he appreciated the helpful, professional interaction he had with Seating Innovations when he first installed my seats. He had never done this kind of installation before and it was great to have a but of Q&A avaiable. Today, I needed help with adjustment of a couple of seats and it was more than I was able to do on my own. The support team was amazingly responsive and helpful so our bar is now back and open for business. My kids are happy to come back to breakfast in the kitchen. They love the suspended seats for how easy it is to get from refrigerator to mouth. I love that there are no bar stools that I have to move when I clean floors and no bar stools blocking our exit from the house. I very highly recommend these suspended seats and particularly this company.

We love our suspended bar chairs! The kitchen is where our family gathers and they ve had constant use for 20 years. Only recently did they need minor adjustments which were handled quickly and efficiently. They are all set for another 20 years!
