First off their staff is excellent. Kind. Thoughtful. Respectful. And genuine! They feel like family! They did what they said they would do. They were straight forward about price and there werent hidden fees. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The quality of the seating is top notch! The house we purchased (built 20 years ago) had some of their seating installed in the kitchen and we loved it so much we knew it was what we wanted when we were looking for a table to fit our families needs. They were so helpful about all the custom details. They were so considerate as to get it done prior to Thanksgiving we got to eat around our new beautiful table as a family! The follow up has been nice, as there was a dent in a chair and they were super quick, next day, to come and replace it. What a great experience all the way around. We look forward to having them refurbish (change the metal finish from white to black) the seating from 20 years ago in the future!
