Creative Portico (I) Pvt Ltd Review

Hopeless customer care i paid.money for 2 bed sheets and 2 pillow covers acknowledged by customer care on 1st oct. After 1 week they informed that 1 selected bed sheet not available choose another product or take refund.
I chose another bed sheet and sent link and sent about 12 reminders, today on 11/10 i received 1 bed sheet 2 pillow cover , and the bed sheet for the link sent is not despatched even now and about 12 mails sent no body is answering the customer care never cares for the customer caution to all don't buy online purchase with this company you fail miserably and feel restless

This company manufactures quality products in their range of Bedsheets and Towels

Ordered and paid Rs.1599 for a Portico happiness is bedsheet..since 3 days it is just showing processing. No response. After emailing also there is no reply. No one even takes the phone call. Con service provider. Pathetic customer service. I don't know whether the product will be delivered also or not. I thought buying through the company directly will be a good option but it proved to be wrong..First time I thought to invest in Portico product leaving behind Bombay Dyeing thinking Portico is an international brand but understood now..We should be Vocal for Local.

Worst Experience for online purchase. Its one month but have no idea whether they have dispatched or not. Nor giving any status updates. Worst. Still not received the product. Don't know what to do. There contact no is also non responding.

Such a disappointment to buy portico products online, the team doesn't know how to work after dispatching the wrong product, they will simply make u follow up for the same, in spite they being wrong on their part....
